【摘要】：在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)快速發(fā)展的今天,企業(yè)對數(shù)據(jù)需求越來越迫切,能有效掌握數(shù)據(jù)、分析數(shù)據(jù)、運用數(shù)據(jù)也是每個企業(yè)的剛需。四川移動公司自1999年成立以來,經(jīng)過多年來的發(fā)展,規(guī)模不斷發(fā)展壯大,當前用戶數(shù)、設(shè)備數(shù)、光纜長度等都位居省內(nèi)運營商首位,其各類業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)量也是海量劇增,如何有效的用好數(shù)據(jù),發(fā)展市場是公司的關(guān)鍵。如今公司為了能更好更快的進行數(shù)據(jù)分析,引入了MPP數(shù)據(jù)庫,依托MPP數(shù)據(jù)庫的高性能,建立了自助報表。使數(shù)據(jù)分析、數(shù)據(jù)呈現(xiàn)、數(shù)據(jù)提取更加靈活,是四川移動公司市場人員掌握市場動向的有力分析工具。四川移動公司高度重視產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量管理,公司上下長期開展全員質(zhì)量管理活動。本論文在基于MPP數(shù)據(jù)庫的自助報表質(zhì)量改進項目的背景下,從理論和項目具體角度出發(fā),展開質(zhì)量改進的深入研究。論文首先對自助報表的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展、企業(yè)的意義價值進行闡述,接著介紹了相關(guān)項目管理的理論,包括質(zhì)量管理的方法與工具、質(zhì)量改進的PDCA循環(huán)。在理論的基礎(chǔ)上再過渡到項目的基本情況介紹,然后結(jié)合公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和用戶的使用調(diào)研情況,提出目前自助報表的質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,并通過排列分析確定實際生產(chǎn)中的主要質(zhì)量問題。通過原因分析逐一對質(zhì)量問題進行層層分析,并提出應(yīng)對措施。通過該項目的實施,自助報表的指標提升效果顯著。項目管理活動讓企業(yè)更多的人參與到質(zhì)量改進中來,提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的同時,也強化了員工的質(zhì)量意識。對個人業(yè)務(wù)水平、公司團隊建設(shè)等方面也產(chǎn)生了深遠的影響,從而更好的推動公司系統(tǒng)建設(shè)更好更快的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet, enterprises need more and more data. It is also the rigid demand of every enterprise to effectively grasp, analyze and use data. Sichuan Mobile Company has been developed for many years since its establishment in 1999. The current number of users, the number of equipment, the length of optical fiber cable and so on are among the most important operators in the province, and the amount of data of all kinds of services is also increasing dramatically, so how to make good use of the data effectively, The development of the market is the key to the company. In order to do data analysis better and faster, the company has introduced the MPP database, relying on the high performance of the MPP database, set up self-help report form, make the data analysis, data presentation, data extraction more flexible, Sichuan Mobile Corporation is a powerful analysis tool for market personnel to grasp market trends. Sichuan Mobile Company attaches great importance to the quality management of products. Under the background of the self-help report quality improvement project based on MPP database, this paper starts from the theory and project specific angle. Firstly, the paper expounds the generation, development and significance value of self-service report forms, and then introduces the theory of project management, including the methods and tools of quality management. The PDCA cycle of quality improvement. Based on the theory, the paper makes a transition to the basic situation of the project, and then combines the development strategy of the company and the usage investigation of the users, and puts forward the quality status and existing problems of the self-service report form at present. The main quality problems in actual production are determined by arrangement analysis. The quality problems are analyzed layer by layer through cause analysis, and the corresponding measures are put forward. Project management activities enable more people to participate in the quality improvement, improve the quality of products, but also strengthen the quality awareness of employees. Company team construction and other aspects also have a profound impact, so as to better promote the company system construction better and faster development.
