【摘要】：隨著中國電信全業(yè)務的規(guī)模化發(fā)展,通信網(wǎng)絡資源的規(guī)模不斷擴大,網(wǎng)絡資源的維護管理任務也越來越困難,維護管理工作的要求也越來越高。2003年云南電信開始對企業(yè)內(nèi)部網(wǎng)絡資源管理系統(tǒng)進行建設,通過近6年來的運行發(fā)展,已形成對管線、傳輸、數(shù)據(jù)、交換、C網(wǎng)五大專業(yè)為主的資源管理核心系統(tǒng),同時圍繞五大專業(yè)也衍生出部分應用系統(tǒng)。隨著網(wǎng)絡的不斷改造演化,現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)暴露出一系列的問題,如果不針對這些問題對現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)進行改進,整個公司運營維護體系的操作難度將不斷遞增。 本文以云南電信公司的網(wǎng)絡資源管理系統(tǒng)為研究對象,對系統(tǒng)的狀況進行深入分析,根據(jù)實際情況,采用以項目管理的基本理論為基礎的任務細分、矩陣圖、網(wǎng)絡圖、甘特圖、項目評估技術等作為研究方法,研究內(nèi)容包括IT系統(tǒng)項目管理理論分析、云南電信網(wǎng)絡資源管理系統(tǒng)運行情況分析、云南電信網(wǎng)絡資源管理系統(tǒng)改進方案設計、資源系統(tǒng)改進方案實施的若干關鍵問題、資源系統(tǒng)改進方案實施的預期效果分析等。研究過程則包括問題的收集與歸納、對核心問題的提煉及研究、對現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)運行情況的研究、判斷、制定系統(tǒng)改進規(guī)劃等具體環(huán)節(jié),最后制定出一套完整的系統(tǒng)改進規(guī)劃和可以作為實施指導的路線圖,對云南電信網(wǎng)絡資源管理水平提升起到創(chuàng)新思路、擴大發(fā)展的作用。
[Abstract]:With the large-scale development of the whole service of China Telecom, the scale of the communication network resources is constantly expanding, and the maintenance and management task of the network resources is becoming more and more difficult. In 2003, Yunnan Telecom began to build the internal network resource management system of enterprises. Through the operation and development of the past six years, Yunnan Telecom has formed a pipeline, transmission, data, The core system of resource management, which is based on the five major specialties of the exchange / C network, has also spawned some application systems around the five major specialties. With the continuous transformation and evolution of the network, a series of problems have been exposed in the existing systems. If the existing system is not improved to solve these problems, the operation difficulty of the whole operation and maintenance system will continue to increase. This paper takes the network resource management system of Yunnan Telecom Company as the research object, carries on the thorough analysis to the system condition, according to the actual situation, adopts the task subdivision, matrix diagram, network chart based on the basic theory of project management. Gantt chart, project evaluation technology and so on are used as research methods. The research contents include the analysis of IT system project management theory, the analysis of Yunnan telecom network resource management system, the improvement scheme design of Yunnan telecom network resource management system. The research process includes the collection and induction of the problems, the extraction and research of the core problems, the analysis of the expected effects of the implementation of the resource system improvement programs, and the analysis of the expected effects of the implementation of the resource system improvement programs. The research, judgment, system improvement planning and so on, and finally a complete system improvement plan and a road map can be used to guide the implementation of the system. Yunnan Telecom network resource management level plays an innovative thinking, expand the role of development.
