【摘要】：信息技術(shù)、通信技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)正改變?nèi)蚪?jīng)濟(jì)格局,我國確立了網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)國的建設(shè)目標(biāo)。本文運(yùn)用SWOT分析我國信息化和信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和威脅。最后,針對(duì)我國信息化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,充分利用優(yōu)勢(shì)和機(jī)遇,有效改善劣勢(shì)和減少威脅,制定了SO、ST、WO、WT戰(zhàn)略,探索網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)國建設(shè)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Information technology, communication technology and network technology are changing the global economic pattern. China has established the goal of building a network power. This paper uses SWOT to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of information technology and information industry in China. In view of the present situation of information construction in China, this paper makes full use of the advantages and opportunities, effectively improves the inferiority and reduces the threat, and formulates the SOST-WO WO WT strategy to explore the countermeasures for the construction of the powerful nation in the network.
