基于DEA和SFA方法的信息服務業(yè)技術效率研究

【摘要】:運用非參數(shù)DEA方法和參數(shù)SFA方法,對我國2001—2010年30個省級行政區(qū)信息服務業(yè)技術效率進行比較分析。結果表明:DEA和SFA方法測算技術效率平均值存在顯著差異,但高度相關,達到68.3%;排序方面呈現(xiàn)較強的一致性,達到70.6%。SFA方法則算得到的全國、東中西部地區(qū)技術效率值均呈現(xiàn)明顯收斂趨勢,DEA方法測算的技術效率值均呈現(xiàn)絕對β趨同。DEA和SFA技術效率值與信息服務業(yè)經(jīng)濟績效均呈現(xiàn)顯著的正向相關。同時運用兩種方法進行評價,可以實現(xiàn)非參數(shù)方法和參數(shù)方法的優(yōu)勢互補,增強評價結果的可信度和穩(wěn)健性。
[Abstract]:By using non-parametric DEA method and parametric SFA method, the technical efficiency of information service industry in 30 provincial administrative regions of China from 2001 to 2010 is compared and analyzed. The results show that there are significant differences in the average value of technical efficiency between the two methods, but they are highly correlated. Up to 68.3%; there is a strong consistency in ranking, 70.6. The SFA method can be counted as the whole country. The technical efficiency values of East, West and West China showed obvious convergence trend. The technical efficiency values measured by DEA showed absolute 尾 -convergence. DEA and SFA technology efficiency values showed significant positive correlation with the economic performance of information service industry. Using two methods to evaluate, The nonparametric method and the parametric method can complement each other and enhance the reliability and robustness of the evaluation results.
