【摘要】：文章介紹了信息技術(shù)發(fā)展對(duì)倫理的影響,分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下倫理失范行為產(chǎn)生的原因,并且提出了重建倫理標(biāo)準(zhǔn),加強(qiáng)立法執(zhí)法,樹立公民責(zé)任心等對(duì)策建議,希望創(chuàng)造出一個(gè)健康、和諧、有序的網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)人類網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)的良性運(yùn)行和協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the influence of the development of information technology on ethics, analyzes on the causes of ethical misconduct under the network environment, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as rebuilding the ethical standard, strengthening the law enforcement of legislation, establishing the sense of civic responsibility, and so on. Hope to create a healthy, harmonious and orderly network space, and then promote the benign operation and coordinated development of human network society.
