面向互聯(lián)網(wǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)公司的云模式項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、云計(jì)算等信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,越來越多的傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)向互聯(lián)網(wǎng)型企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型,“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”在各個(gè)行業(yè)領(lǐng)域落地開花,然而傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)在轉(zhuǎn)型過程中存在著IT技術(shù)、人才儲(chǔ)備不足、轉(zhuǎn)型成本高、轉(zhuǎn)型后的可持續(xù)發(fā)展疲軟等問題,因而一類服務(wù)于“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”轉(zhuǎn)型企業(yè)的SAAS模式的創(chuàng)業(yè)公司得到了新的發(fā)展契機(jī)。此類互聯(lián)網(wǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)公司旨在為各行各業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型企業(yè)提供包括計(jì)算平臺(tái)、服務(wù)部署、不間斷服務(wù)、運(yùn)營管理等一體化、綜合IT服務(wù),極大地提高了企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的效率和質(zhì)量。然而,在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)公司內(nèi)部,各類項(xiàng)目管理成為新的挑戰(zhàn),傳統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目管理工具僅僅是源碼或文檔的版本控制方式,并不能很好地適用“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+項(xiàng)目”的管理需求,針對(duì)這些問題和新需求,本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和主要工作包括:(1)本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)是經(jīng)過前期的調(diào)研和研究發(fā)現(xiàn),傳統(tǒng)的CVS、SVN等一般部署在公司的局域網(wǎng)內(nèi)部,為單一研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)提供項(xiàng)目管理功能,不能很好地適用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)。當(dāng)前的像Worktile、Tuleap Open ALM、Git Hub等項(xiàng)目管理工具,在管理各類“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”項(xiàng)目時(shí)也存在著一定的局限性,因?yàn)榇祟愴?xiàng)目不僅在代碼級(jí)有管理需求,在部署上線后也有運(yùn)營管理需求,以及在項(xiàng)目的整個(gè)運(yùn)行過程中也有實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控、及時(shí)更新、人員協(xié)同等管理需求,因此要研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)一套既適合代碼管理,又適合項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營管理,為客戶提供SAAS模式的項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng),因此針對(duì)這樣新要求,本文提出了一種面向互聯(lián)網(wǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)公司的云模式項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)。(2)本文分析了大量相關(guān)研究和案例,總結(jié)了“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”項(xiàng)目的管理新需求,結(jié)合互聯(lián)網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目本身進(jìn)行研究和分析,深挖互聯(lián)網(wǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)公司項(xiàng)目管理的痛點(diǎn),確定云模式項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的重要性,重點(diǎn)研究和設(shè)計(jì)了云模式項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目管理業(yè)務(wù)流程,并對(duì)各項(xiàng)功能模塊和數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)和研究,從而保證系統(tǒng)的實(shí)用性。(3)本文設(shè)計(jì)了一種面向互聯(lián)網(wǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)公司的云模式項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)三層架構(gòu)和設(shè)計(jì)了一種對(duì)網(wǎng)站動(dòng)態(tài)部署和項(xiàng)目實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控的模塊,并通過云計(jì)算、B/S、JSP等綜合技術(shù)手段,實(shí)現(xiàn)了具有版本控制、動(dòng)態(tài)部署、實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控、人員協(xié)同等功能的針對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目的管理系統(tǒng),降低系統(tǒng)開發(fā)成本同時(shí),有效保證了系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性,能更好地服務(wù)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)公司。
[Abstract]:With the development of the Internet, cloud computing and other information technologies, more and more traditional enterprise transformation to the Internet enterprises, "Internet plus" in various industries fall flowering, however the traditional enterprise exists in the transition process of IT technology, lack of talent reserve, the transformation of the high cost, weak sustainable development problems after transformation, and thus a class service in the "Internet plus" transformation of the enterprise SAAS mode startups get a new opportunity for development. This kind of Internet startups to provide computing platform, service deployment for the transformation of enterprises in all walks of life, uninterrupted service, integrated management, integrated IT services, which greatly improves the efficiency and quality of enterprise transformation. However, in Internet startups, all kinds of project management has become a new challenge to the traditional project management tool is only the source code or document version control, and Not very good for "Internet plus project" management requirements, to solve these problems and new demands and main innovation of this paper include: (1) the innovation of this paper is through the research and study, traditional CVS, SVN is usually deployed in the local area network within the company, to provide project management the function of a single team, can not be used effectively. The current Internet companies like Worktile, Tuleap Open ALM, Git Hub and other project management tools, in the management of all kinds of "Internet plus" project has some limitations, such as project management needs not only in the level of code, in line with the deployment operation and management requirements, as well as in the whole operation process of the project also has real-time monitoring, timely updates, staff coordination management needs, so to research and implement a set of code for management, and project management, for the Provide project management system of SAAS mode, therefore the new requirements, this paper proposes a cloud model oriented Internet startup company project management system. (2) this paper analyzes the related researches and case, summed up the "Internet plus" project management needs, research and analysis combined with the Internet project itself project management, Internet startups deep pain points, determine the importance of cloud model project management system, the research and design of cloud model project management system project management business process, and design and research focus on the function module and the database, so as to ensure the practicality of the system. (3) this paper designs a for Internet start-ups cloud model project management system of three tier architecture and design a website and project deployment of dynamic real-time monitoring module, and through cloud computing, B/ S, JSP and other comprehensive technology tools have achieved the functions of version control, dynamic deployment, real-time monitoring, personnel collaboration and other functions for the Internet project management system, which can reduce the development cost of the system, and effectively guarantee the stability of the system, and better serve the Internet start-ups.
