【摘要】：敏捷研發(fā)方法是近年來在軟件開發(fā)及硬件開發(fā)領(lǐng)域中越來越流行的開發(fā)方法,世界上越來越多的企業(yè)開始認(rèn)知、研究并應(yīng)用該方法。作為一種對市場與客戶環(huán)境高度適應(yīng)的開發(fā)方法,敏捷研發(fā)方法史為關(guān)注產(chǎn)品開發(fā)效率、提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量以配合產(chǎn)品快速上市。敏捷方法注重與客戶緊密充分地合作,在市場千變?nèi)f化的環(huán)境下根據(jù)客戶需求變化靈活地調(diào)整開發(fā)計(jì)劃,其開發(fā)過程是漸進(jìn)且增量迭代的。 在實(shí)施敏捷研發(fā)方法的公司中,大多數(shù)是軟件開發(fā)公司,而硬件公司或集成軟件與硬件的開發(fā)公司在而對上市周期以及質(zhì)量期望方面,同樣而臨更大挑戰(zhàn),所以也在逐步嘗試及實(shí)踐,尋找適合自身需求的方法以達(dá)到提高質(zhì)量、縮短上市周期的目的。而敏捷研發(fā)方法通常被認(rèn)為是不可預(yù)測過程,以測試工作為例,敏捷研發(fā)方法尚未普及應(yīng)用,也缺乏相應(yīng)的使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)。測試工作旨在保證和提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,而傳統(tǒng)的測試和設(shè)訂方案受制于缺乏可供借鑒的成熟應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn),不能直接采用敏捷研發(fā)方法,尚需在實(shí)踐中不斷總結(jié),同時(shí)結(jié)合企業(yè)特點(diǎn)不斷深化敏捷研發(fā)的理論,并在嘗試中不斷修正推進(jìn)。因此基于敏捷研發(fā)的快速產(chǎn)品發(fā)布研究具有一定的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 論文的緒論中闡述了敏捷研發(fā)的國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,介紹主要研究方法和論文的組織架構(gòu)。隨后對敏捷研發(fā)進(jìn)行理論分析,從方法學(xué)角度論述了敏捷研發(fā)和傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目管理的區(qū)別。在第三章中闡述了目前通訊產(chǎn)業(yè)的市場競爭,分析了E公司的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,并建議了應(yīng)對的策略。第四章中介紹了敏捷研發(fā)在E公司中的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用,實(shí)施效果分析表明敏捷研發(fā)應(yīng)用是可行且高效的。最后論文中對敏捷研發(fā)的推廣實(shí)施提出了建議。 本文中E公司的實(shí)踐表明,敏捷研發(fā)在開發(fā)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的探索是具有廣泛應(yīng)用前景的,E公司的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)為其他類似企業(yè)的進(jìn)一步應(yīng)用提供參考,更為敏捷研發(fā)方法的廣泛拓展應(yīng)用提供了技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Agile R & D method is more and more popular in the field of software development and hardware development in recent years. Research and application of this method. As a highly adaptable development method to the market and customer environment, Agile R & D method history focuses on the efficiency of product development. The agile method focuses on working closely and fully with customers, and adjusts the development plan flexibly according to the change of customer's demand under the environment of ever-changing market. The development process is gradual and incremental. Most of the companies that implement agile R & D methods are software development companies, while hardware companies or companies that integrate software and hardware face equally greater challenges in terms of marketing cycles and quality expectations. So we are trying and practicing step by step to find ways to improve quality and shorten the marketing cycle. Agile R & D methods are usually regarded as unpredictable processes, taking testing as an example. Agile R & D methods have not yet been popularized and lack of corresponding experience. Testing efforts are aimed at ensuring and improving product quality, while traditional testing and customization programs are constrained by a lack of mature application experience that can be used for reference. The agile R & D method can not be adopted directly, it should be summed up in practice, and the theory of Agile R & D should be deepened in combination with the characteristics of the enterprise. Therefore, the research of rapid product release based on agile R & D has certain application value. In the introduction of this paper, the present situation of agile R & D at home and abroad is described, and the main research methods and the organization structure of the thesis are introduced, and then the theoretical analysis of Agile R & D is carried out. This paper discusses the differences between Agile R & D and traditional project management from the perspective of methodology. In the third chapter, the market competition of communication industry is expounded, and the advantages and disadvantages of E Company are analyzed. The practical application of agile R & D in E Company is introduced in Chapter 4th, and the result analysis shows that the application of Agile R & D is feasible and efficient. Finally, some suggestions on the promotion and implementation of Agile R & D are put forward in this paper. The practice of E Company in this paper shows that the exploration of Agile R & D in the field of development is the successful experience of E Company, which has wide application prospects, which provides a reference for the further application of other similar enterprises. More extensive application of agile R & D methods provides a technical basis.
