【摘要】：信息化可有效支撐農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化,農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化為信息化提供需求空間和要素供給�；陟貦�(quán)法計算的中國信息化與農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展水平不斷提升,但在不同區(qū)域間存在明顯差異�；趨f(xié)同度模型得出中國區(qū)域信息化與農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化協(xié)同度存在自東向西的梯度差異。城鎮(zhèn)化率提高、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、城鄉(xiāng)收入差距縮小與兩者協(xié)同度呈顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系。為加快中國信息化與農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化協(xié)同發(fā)展,應進一步加強區(qū)域統(tǒng)籌,加大農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村財政投入和轉(zhuǎn)移支付力度,完善農(nóng)村信息化基礎設施,提高農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營的規(guī)�；蜆藴驶�,推進農(nóng)村電子商務由交易向生產(chǎn)和消費環(huán)節(jié)的延伸等。
[Abstract]:Informatization can effectively support agricultural modernization, and agricultural modernization provides demand space and supply of essential elements for informatization. The development level of informatization and agricultural modernization in China based on entropy weight method is constantly improving. But there are obvious differences among different regions. Based on the synergetic degree model, the gradient difference between China's regional informatization and agricultural modernization is obtained, the urbanization rate is increased, and the industrial structure and employment structure are optimized. In order to accelerate the coordinated development of China's informatization and agricultural modernization, we should further strengthen regional coordination, increase agricultural and rural financial input and transfer payments, in order to accelerate the coordinated development of China's informatization and agricultural modernization, there is a significant positive correlation between the narrowing of the urban-rural income gap and the degree of synergy between them. We should improve the rural information infrastructure, improve the scale and standardization of agricultural production and management, and promote the extension of rural electronic commerce from transaction to production and consumption.
