自我建構(gòu)對(duì)用戶接受移動(dòng)位置服務(wù)的影響因素分析

【摘要】:移動(dòng)位置服務(wù),簡(jiǎn)稱LBS,是通過電信移動(dòng)運(yùn)營(yíng)商的無(wú)線電通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)或外部定位方式(如GPS)獲取移動(dòng)終端用戶的位置信息,在地理信息系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)的支持下,為用戶提供相應(yīng)服務(wù)的一種增值業(yè)務(wù)。由于其根據(jù)位置提供相應(yīng)信息的便捷性,移動(dòng)位置服務(wù)在我國(guó)正以飛速進(jìn)行發(fā)展。因此,研究影響用戶接受移動(dòng)位置服務(wù)的因素對(duì)于服務(wù)提供商進(jìn)一步拓展市場(chǎng)、開發(fā)用戶起到了指導(dǎo)作用。 本研究基于技術(shù)接受模型,在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,創(chuàng)新性的引入自我建構(gòu)理論,最終提出了自我建構(gòu)對(duì)用戶接受移動(dòng)位置服務(wù)的模型。在理論模型的基礎(chǔ)上,通過問卷調(diào)研對(duì)研究提出的假設(shè)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,并根據(jù)驗(yàn)證結(jié)論修改原始模型。通過最終模型的分析驗(yàn)證,本研究得出了對(duì)用戶接受移動(dòng)位置服務(wù)造成影響的因素按照影響程度分別為:使用意愿、關(guān)聯(lián)型自我建構(gòu)、努力期望、獨(dú)立型自我建構(gòu)、便利條件、社群影響、績(jī)效期望。并且驗(yàn)證了自我建構(gòu)會(huì)對(duì)用戶接受移動(dòng)位置服務(wù)產(chǎn)生一定程度的影響:獨(dú)立型自我建構(gòu)會(huì)影響用戶對(duì)移動(dòng)位置服務(wù)的使用意愿、關(guān)聯(lián)型自我建構(gòu)會(huì)影響社群影響。根據(jù)研究結(jié)論,本研究針對(duì)性的提出了移動(dòng)位置服務(wù)的發(fā)展建議,對(duì)于該服務(wù)的未來發(fā)展提到了指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Mobile location service, referred to as LBS, is to obtain the location information of the mobile terminal user through the radio communication network of the telecommunication mobile operator or the external positioning mode (such as GPS). Supported by GIS platform, mobile location service is developing rapidly in our country because of its convenience of providing corresponding information according to location. The research on the factors that affect the users' acceptance of mobile location services plays a guiding role for service providers to further expand the market and develop users. This study is based on the technology acceptance model, on the basis of domestic and foreign literature research, innovative introduction of self-construction theory. Finally, a self-constructed model for users to accept mobile location services is proposed. Based on the theoretical model, the hypothesis proposed in the study is verified by questionnaire research. The original model is modified according to the conclusion of verification. Through the analysis and verification of the final model, the factors that affect the user's acceptance of mobile location services are as follows: willingness to use. Relevance self-construction, effort expectation, independent self-construction, convenience, community influence. Performance expectations. And verify that self-construction will have a certain degree of impact on the user to accept mobile location services: independent self-construction will affect the user's willingness to use mobile location services. According to the conclusion of the study, this study puts forward some suggestions for the development of mobile location service, which is of great significance to the future development of the service.
