摘要：

＂智慧旅游＂是促進(jìn)我國(guó)旅游業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、實(shí)現(xiàn)從旅游大國(guó)向旅游強(qiáng)國(guó)邁進(jìn)的重要抓手,主要有智慧服務(wù)、智慧商務(wù)、智慧管理和智慧政務(wù)等四個(gè)表現(xiàn)形式,其發(fā)展框架包括制度體系、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施體系、信息資源體系、應(yīng)用支撐體系、應(yīng)用體系、服務(wù)體系、法規(guī)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化規(guī)范體系和信息安全與運(yùn)維保障體系等八大組成部分。

Abstract： 

Intelligent tourism is an important initiative for the transformation and upgrading of Chinese tourism in- dustry and for the advancement from a big to a strong tourism country. Intelligent tourism is mainly reflected in intelli- gent service, intelligent business, intelligent management and intelligent governance. The framework for its development should be composed of eight systems of institution, infrastructure, information resources, appliication support, applica- tion, service, regulations and standardized norms as well as information security and operation and maintenance.
