【摘要】：在新一代信息技術(shù)支撐下的智慧城市中,構(gòu)建信息化資源共享的虛擬平臺成為其信息轉(zhuǎn)移和共享的有效途徑。因此文章分析了信息作為生產(chǎn)要素在農(nóng)業(yè)時代、工業(yè)時代、信息時代、智慧時代的表現(xiàn)形式及轉(zhuǎn)移虛擬平臺構(gòu)建的必要性。在信息傳遞主體有限理性的情況下,將演化博弈理論引入到信息轉(zhuǎn)移過程中形成政府與信息主體的收益矩陣,并研究虛擬平臺在官管民營模式下,信息轉(zhuǎn)移過程中資源主體和政府的復(fù)制動態(tài)方程及穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)點現(xiàn)實解釋。用復(fù)制動態(tài)相位圖表示政府和信息資源主體在轉(zhuǎn)移共享和激勵行為比例變化的復(fù)制動態(tài)關(guān)系,探討四種情況下穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)的收斂性與抗擾動性。最后得出結(jié)論為不管任何狀態(tài)下的復(fù)制動態(tài)關(guān)系和穩(wěn)定性,政府通過調(diào)整戰(zhàn)略和信息平臺中的收益分配比重,既不影響信息主體的積極性,同時又能提高其收益,使博弈雙方主體均有能力和動力推動信息轉(zhuǎn)移共享,從而達(dá)到帕累托上策均衡。
[Abstract]:A new generation of information technology in support of the wisdom of the city, the construction of virtual information resources sharing platform is an effective way to transfer and share the information. So this paper analyzes the information as a factor of production in the agricultural age, industrial age, information age, the necessity of the wisdom of the era of manifestation and metastasis. In the construction of virtual platform the main reason of the limited information transfer case, the payoff matrix formed between the government and the information will be subject to evolutionary game theory is introduced into the information transfer process, and Research on virtual private mode in the official platform tube, replicated dynamic equation and stable state of real resources subject and government information transfer in the process of interpretation. In the dynamic replication phase diagram the government and the main body in the dynamic relationship between information resources sharing and replication transfer incentive behavior changes in the proportion of four, under the condition of steady state convergence and anti disturbance Dynamic. The final conclusion is whether any state of the replicated dynamic relation and stability, the government through the income distribution adjustment strategy and information platform in the proportion of enthusiasm does not affect the main body of information, but also increase revenue, so that both parties have the ability and power to promote the transfer of information sharing, so as to achieve the best of Pareto balanced.
