【摘要】:移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)迅速崛起的背景下,隨著近年來(lái)對(duì)于三大運(yùn)營(yíng)商加強(qiáng)對(duì)增值業(yè)務(wù)營(yíng)銷的管控和移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品對(duì)傳統(tǒng)以短信報(bào)、氣象預(yù)報(bào)通知為例的傳統(tǒng)運(yùn)營(yíng)商增值業(yè)務(wù)的沖擊以及隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)免費(fèi)模式的思想的沖擊,傳統(tǒng)運(yùn)營(yíng)商增值業(yè)務(wù)由于業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)容、營(yíng)銷渠道、收費(fèi)模式的單一性已經(jīng)不適應(yīng)新環(huán)境的要求以及市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的需要。本文以浙江XW公司為例,先從它的發(fā)展歷史、過(guò)程開(kāi)始,找到我們所要研究的對(duì)象。主要通過(guò)公司內(nèi)部調(diào)查,對(duì)浙江XW公司建立了一個(gè)較為全面的描述。并從總體環(huán)境、行業(yè)環(huán)境以及內(nèi)部資源和能力方面進(jìn)行分析,并且全面深入分析浙江XW公司戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的方案。通過(guò)對(duì)浙江XW公司實(shí)施轉(zhuǎn)型戰(zhàn)略的探析,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)三個(gè)對(duì)于浙江XW公司的轉(zhuǎn)型戰(zhàn)略非常重要的三個(gè)方面:1.浙江XW公司轉(zhuǎn)型的原因。主要以中國(guó)運(yùn)營(yíng)商SP行業(yè)市場(chǎng)環(huán)境的變化為背景,通過(guò)分析浙江XW公司現(xiàn)行戰(zhàn)略與內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的不適應(yīng)性,從而證明了浙江XW公司轉(zhuǎn)型的必要性。2.浙江XW公司轉(zhuǎn)型的方向。主要通過(guò)對(duì)浙江XW公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境及資源進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上確定轉(zhuǎn)型方向:從提供代理運(yùn)營(yíng)服務(wù)的SP向?yàn)橹行∑髽I(yè)提供綜合化移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)解決方案提供商進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)型。3.浙江XW公司轉(zhuǎn)型的方法。針對(duì)浙江XW公司進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的方法,本文提出了浙江XW公司戰(zhàn)略的具體實(shí)施步驟,即鞏固基礎(chǔ)業(yè)務(wù)、發(fā)展新興業(yè)務(wù)、推出統(tǒng)一產(chǎn)品。
[Abstract]:The rapid rise of the mobile Internet in the background, as in recent years, for the three operators to strengthen marketing management and value-added services of mobile Internet products to traditional SMS value-added services, the weather forecast notice of traditional operators as an example of the impact as well as the free mode of Internet style thinking of the impact, the traditional operators and value-added services for business content, marketing channel, single charging mode has not adapt to the new environment and the requirements of the development of the market. This paper takes Zhejiang XW company as an example, from the development of history, it started the process, I have to find the object of research. Mainly through the company's internal investigation of Zhejiang XW company established a a more comprehensive description. And from the macro environment, industry environment and internal resources and ability are analyzed, and a thorough analysis of the strategic transformation of Zhejiang XW company through the program. Study on the implementation of the strategic transformation of Zhejiang XW company, we found three transformation strategy for Zhejiang XW company is very important in three aspects: the transformation of Zhejiang XW company. 1. major changes in the China operator SP industry market environment as the background, through the analysis of Zhejiang XW company's current strategy and external environment adaptability in order to prove the necessity of transformation,.2. transformation of Zhejiang XW, Zhejiang XW company. Mainly through the analysis of the internal and external environment of Zhejiang XW company resources to determine the transformation direction: from SP to provide agency service to provide comprehensive mobile Internet solutions provider transformation method.3. Zhejiang XW company for small and medium-sized enterprises. The method of strategic transformation for Zhejiang XW company, this paper puts forward the specific implementation steps of Zhejiang XW company strategy, which is the basis of consolidating business development. New business, the launch of a unified product.
