【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展,信息交流更為便捷、交易成本不斷下降�；诟呒夹g(shù)含量的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)體系不斷演進,熨平了信息流傳播的阻隔和落差。同時,基于知識體系交叉衍生出新產(chǎn)業(yè)、新業(yè)態(tài),推動中國經(jīng)濟質(zhì)量的提升與效能的增加,推動中國向全球創(chuàng)新價值鏈的高附加值階段攀升。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟蓬勃發(fā)展的進程中,人力資本和制度的軟環(huán)境因素發(fā)揮著重要的作用。高質(zhì)量的人力資本儲備和良性的制度環(huán)境有助于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,推動平臺戰(zhàn)略、產(chǎn)業(yè)公地和產(chǎn)業(yè)森林的形成和優(yōu)化。本文將分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的區(qū)域差異、影響因子和決定因素,通過基于人力資本彈性和制度發(fā)展指數(shù)彈性的測度和分析,闡述互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的內(nèi)生動力,探尋促進互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的著力點和政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet economy, information exchange more convenient, the transaction cost is declining. The continuous evolution of high tech industrial system based on the Internet, ironed out information flow barrier and gap. At the same time, the knowledge derived from the new system of cross industry, based on the new format, to promote the Chinese economy and the improvement of the quality of efficiency increase China, push to the global value chain innovation of high value-added stage rise. In the booming Internet economy in the process, the soft environment of human capital and institutional factors play an important role. The high quality human capital reserves and healthy institutional environment is conducive to the development of the Internet economy, promote the platform strategy, industry and optimization of Commons and industry of forest. This paper will analyze the regional differences in the development of the Internet economy, influence factors and decision factors, through human capital and system development based on the elasticity The measurement and analysis of digital elasticity are used to explain the endogenous impetus of the development of the Internet economy and to explore the key points and policy suggestions to promote the development of the Internet economy.
