摘要：

企業(yè)發(fā)展追求的目標(biāo)就是創(chuàng)造企業(yè)價(jià)值最大化，經(jīng)濟(jì)效益最大化。提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益是企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)的核心部分，，是企業(yè)發(fā)展的靈魂。而經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的提升都是通過企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)來體現(xiàn)的，企業(yè)又通過財(cái)務(wù)管理實(shí)現(xiàn)和達(dá)成對(duì)企業(yè)資源的最優(yōu)化配置，以促進(jìn)企業(yè)正常的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)。本文主要論述了財(cái)務(wù)管理的前提及加強(qiáng)財(cái)務(wù)管理的途徑。

Abstract： 

The goal of the development of enterprise is to create maximum value and economic efficiency. Increasing economic efficiency is the core of enterprise's production and management activities, and is the soul of enterprise development. Economic efficiency is achieved by corporate financial system, and the enterprise reaches the optimal allocation of the resources through financial management, to promote normal production and operation activities of the enterprises. This article mainly discusses the premises of financial management and the way to strengthen financial management.
