基于運動學模型的企業(yè)知識累積過程研究

  二十一世紀是知識經(jīng)濟時代,知識已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代社會生存和發(fā)展的有力武器。尤其是包括國家或企業(yè)的組織,為了在全球競爭環(huán)境下獲取優(yōu)勢,需要不斷提高自己知識能力。知識成為企業(yè)在快速變化的知識社會中生存和發(fā)展的強大動力。知識社會的主體是人,企業(yè)中創(chuàng)造、轉(zhuǎn)移和利用知識主體的是企業(yè)員工,他們是助推知識社會發(fā)展的力量。因此,企業(yè)增強員工的知識責任、能力和作用,才可以保證在全球競爭中的優(yōu)勢。本文在分析知識主體特征對知識轉(zhuǎn)移的影響以及知識主體與組織集體屬性之間關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,引入運動學理論,構(gòu)建企業(yè)知識累積過程的數(shù)學模型。本文采用的運動理論最初是為了統(tǒng)計解釋物理系統(tǒng)中氣體粒子運動而開發(fā)的。在物理學中,運動理論的目的是分析由于許多相互作用微觀粒子組成的宏觀系統(tǒng)行為的。一般來說,這樣的系統(tǒng)包含眾多粒子,單獨考慮單個粒子運動幾乎是不可能的。因此,本文并不分析每個粒子的各個位置和速度,而是通過檢查粒子位置和速度的概率分布來獲得整個系統(tǒng)的宏觀特性。由于物理系統(tǒng)(包括大量粒子的)和社會群體(包括許多主體的)具有很多共同特征的觀點,它們具有固有隨機性也可以進行統(tǒng)計預測,因此應用運動理論適用于對企業(yè)知識累積過程的分析。為研究...
