技術(shù)管理在知識資源影響新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)績效中的作用研究

  優(yōu)秀的公司特別重視技術(shù),但技術(shù)本身并不被視為成功的主要原因。最重要的一點(diǎn)是如何在這個(gè)領(lǐng)域建立良好的管理機(jī)制。在一個(gè)有才華的管理團(tuán)隊(duì)中,技術(shù)可以成為發(fā)展的重要加速器。俄羅斯工業(yè)部門是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的最重要部門,正如所有主要發(fā)達(dá)國家一樣。由于高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè),發(fā)達(dá)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮并在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)中處于領(lǐng)先地位。然而,俄羅斯工業(yè)企業(yè)是當(dāng)今環(huán)境中最脆弱的經(jīng)濟(jì)組成部分之一。如果說在1990年的科技密集型產(chǎn)品占俄羅斯出口總額的份額為23%,然而在最近幾年其總額不超過1.5-2個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。俄羅斯的工業(yè)企業(yè)大大落后于世界領(lǐng)先國家,缺乏在國際市場上具有競爭力的產(chǎn)品。在蘇聯(lián)時(shí)期,該國以其巨大的科學(xué)能力和技術(shù)潛力而聞名,但迄今為止,它幾仍未做好在競爭激烈的市場中進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新的準(zhǔn)備。盡管,專家們認(rèn)為俄羅斯是航天和核工業(yè)的技術(shù)領(lǐng)先者,但俄羅斯聯(lián)邦仍然缺乏創(chuàng)新性和現(xiàn)代性。在俄羅斯,高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)在實(shí)踐中能夠取得成功的案例還是非常少的并且集中在軟件領(lǐng)域。例如,包括著名的殺毒軟件品牌、生產(chǎn)自動化系統(tǒng)和密碼保護(hù)程序。此外,還有搜索引擎和社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)如Yandex、VKontakte、支付系統(tǒng)付全款和交易平臺port.ru等。在研究俄羅斯技術(shù)管理的相...
