如何通過企業(yè)綠色轉(zhuǎn)型來推動發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變,實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展與環(huán)境質(zhì)量兼顧,是一個緊迫且有重要現(xiàn)實意義的研究主題.因此,對企業(yè)綠色轉(zhuǎn)型進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析論證,不僅是經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)界關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)議題,其結(jié)論還具有較強(qiáng)的政策啟示.區(qū)別于以往企業(yè)綠色轉(zhuǎn)型的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),本研究試圖從復(fù)雜社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)這一新的研究視角出發(fā),以環(huán)境規(guī)制對企業(yè)綠色轉(zhuǎn)型影響研究的歷史演進(jìn)脈絡(luò)為切入點(diǎn),對影響企業(yè)綠色創(chuàng)新轉(zhuǎn)型的影響因素、作用機(jī)制以及同群演化的研究成果進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)梳理和評析.在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出一個整合性的理論分析框架,并給出了未來的相關(guān)研究方向,研究成果有助于拓寬企業(yè)綠色轉(zhuǎn)型研究視角,揭示企業(yè)開展綠色轉(zhuǎn)型活動的"黑箱",豐富和完善企業(yè)綠色轉(zhuǎn)型理論與方法,同時為當(dāng)前開展企業(yè)綠色轉(zhuǎn)型的相關(guān)研究提供一定的借鑒和參考.
