H公司校園招聘問題的研究

隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展和急劇擴張,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+企業(yè)間的競爭越演越烈,企業(yè)經(jīng)營者們越來越意識到,市場競爭實質(zhì)是人力資源的競爭,招聘在企業(yè)人力資源管理中的重要性逐漸提高。要長期保持發(fā)展活力,企業(yè)需要吸收大量的年輕人才作為補充,做好企業(yè)的人才儲備。直接面向高校的校園招聘可以為企業(yè)招聘到優(yōu)秀的畢業(yè)生人才,是補充企業(yè)人才的重要方式。H公司作為一家一線城市的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+教育企業(yè),校園招聘工作開展五年來,每次招聘效果均不能達到公司的預期目標。H公司處在快速發(fā)展的階段,人才的需求越來越大,要滿足公司未來做大做強的發(fā)展目標,如何招聘到更多合適的人才是H公司目前亟待解決的問題。本文主要是以H公司校園招聘的實際情況為研究對象。作者對H公司校園招聘開展跟蹤與調(diào)查,進行數(shù)據(jù)收集與分析,結(jié)合人崗匹配理論、成就動機理論、人才評測理論和勝任力模型,解構(gòu)H公司校園招聘在人才招募和才人甄選等工作中目前存在的問題,分析其問題的產(chǎn)生原因,為H公司校園招聘工作提出優(yōu)化建議。
