H公司校園招聘問(wèn)題的研究

隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展和急劇擴(kuò)張,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越演越烈,企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)者們?cè)絹?lái)越意識(shí)到,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)質(zhì)是人力資源的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),招聘在企業(yè)人力資源管理中的重要性逐漸提高。要長(zhǎng)期保持發(fā)展活力,企業(yè)需要吸收大量的年輕人才作為補(bǔ)充,做好企業(yè)的人才儲(chǔ)備。直接面向高校的校園招聘可以為企業(yè)招聘到優(yōu)秀的畢業(yè)生人才,是補(bǔ)充企業(yè)人才的重要方式。H公司作為一家一線城市的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+教育企業(yè),校園招聘工作開(kāi)展五年來(lái),每次招聘效果均不能達(dá)到公司的預(yù)期目標(biāo)。H公司處在快速發(fā)展的階段,人才的需求越來(lái)越大,要滿(mǎn)足公司未來(lái)做大做強(qiáng)的發(fā)展目標(biāo),如何招聘到更多合適的人才是H公司目前亟待解決的問(wèn)題。本文主要是以H公司校園招聘的實(shí)際情況為研究對(duì)象。作者對(duì)H公司校園招聘開(kāi)展跟蹤與調(diào)查,進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)收集與分析,結(jié)合人崗匹配理論、成就動(dòng)機(jī)理論、人才評(píng)測(cè)理論和勝任力模型,解構(gòu)H公司校園招聘在人才招募和才人甄選等工作中目前存在的問(wèn)題,分析其問(wèn)題的產(chǎn)生原因,為H公司校園招聘工作提出優(yōu)化建議。
