D公司員工幸福感提升的案例研究

  在近幾年,隨著社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,幸福指數(shù)的高低更是成了衡量一個社會、一個國家發(fā)展進步的文明程度,于是,民眾“幸福與否”成為國家各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和管理部門所關(guān)注的焦點之一。在國家如此倡導(dǎo)人民幸福生活、快樂工作的大背景下,作為廣東省一家國有混合所有制D公司,經(jīng)過三十年的發(fā)展,在新的發(fā)展形勢下,既面臨著難得的市場機遇,也面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn),提升全體員工幸福感,是擺在D公司面前的一個重要課題。本研究以幸福感相關(guān)理論作為指導(dǎo),通過文獻(xiàn)研究法、半結(jié)構(gòu)化深度訪談法以及專家意見咨詢法對D公司員工幸福感的現(xiàn)狀進行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的主要問題并最終針對問題提出了適合于D公司的建議。同時,根據(jù)幸福感研究,就提升D公司員工幸福感的明確了措施,主要從工作滿意度、個人成長、生活保障、企業(yè)服務(wù)、民主管理等方面提出改善措施。本文通過對D公司員工幸福感提升機制方面的研究,力求從理論聯(lián)系實際的視角探尋出一套適合D公司員工幸福感提升的思路和方法,一方面可以使企業(yè)提高工作業(yè)績,降低缺勤率和離職率;另一方面可以提升員工自身的實力,增加員工之間的溝通,為勞資雙方建立起和諧的關(guān)系;第三可以為構(gòu)建和諧社會,發(fā)展社會經(jīng)濟提供堅強的后盾。同時也為工程、...
