【摘要】：本文基于新制度經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論,研究行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)這一非正式規(guī)制手段,能否在推動(dòng)中小企業(yè)改善環(huán)境表現(xiàn)中發(fā)揮重要作用。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)對(duì)環(huán)保的支持能夠促使中小企業(yè),特別是重污染行業(yè)的中小企業(yè)改善環(huán)境表現(xiàn);行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)影響力正向調(diào)節(jié)了環(huán)保支持對(duì)中小企業(yè)環(huán)境表現(xiàn)的推動(dòng)作用;就具體規(guī)制手段而言,非重污染行業(yè)的事前支持與事后表彰均為有效規(guī)制手段,而重污染行業(yè)規(guī)制的有效性主要體現(xiàn)在事前支持。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),作為一項(xiàng)有效的非正式環(huán)保規(guī)制,行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)的規(guī)制效應(yīng)取決于具體規(guī)制手段和行業(yè)屬性等。
[Abstract]:This paper, based on the new institutional economics theory, studies the informal regulation means of the trade association and can play an important role in the promotion of the environmental performance of the small and medium-sized enterprises. The research shows that the support of the trade association to the environmental protection can promote the environmental performance of the small and medium-sized enterprises, especially the heavy-polluting industries, and the influence of the trade associations is positively adjusting the promotion of the environmental protection support to the environmental performance of the small and medium-sized enterprises; and in the case of the specific regulation means, The ex-ante support and post-recognition of the non-heavy pollution industry are effective regulation means, while the effectiveness of the regulation in the heavy pollution industry is mainly reflected in the prior support. The study found that, as an effective informal environmental regulation, the regulation effect of the trade association depends on the specific regulation means and the industry attribute.
