【摘要】：正目前,我國(guó)企業(yè)集團(tuán)(特別是國(guó)有企業(yè)集團(tuán))規(guī)模龐大、資金分散、成員眾多,同時(shí)又面臨著國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)外多種融資渠道、融資方式以及復(fù)雜的集團(tuán)內(nèi)部與外部融資環(huán)境。如何充分利用集團(tuán)內(nèi)、外兩個(gè)資金市場(chǎng),在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)可控、穩(wěn)健成長(zhǎng)的前提下實(shí)現(xiàn)融資成本控
