【摘要】：隨著"一帶一路"倡議的深入推進(jìn),中國(guó)企業(yè)在"一帶一路"沿線國(guó)家投資額不斷增加,同時(shí)不可避免地面臨各種較為復(fù)雜的投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。我們應(yīng)在國(guó)際法的視角下來(lái)探討我國(guó)企業(yè)在"一帶一路"沿線國(guó)家投資面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)內(nèi)容和特征,并在識(shí)別這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的情況下,進(jìn)一步明確中國(guó)企業(yè)如何建立一套完善的企業(yè)投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范機(jī)制和框架。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the "Belt and Road Initiative" initiative, Chinese enterprises continue to invest in countries along the "Belt and Road Initiative" line, and inevitably face a variety of complex investment risks. From the perspective of international law, we should explore the contents and characteristics of the risks faced by Chinese enterprises in countries along the "Belt and Road Initiative" route, and further clarify how to establish a set of perfect enterprise investment risk prevention mechanisms and frameworks under the condition of identifying these risks.
