初創(chuàng)企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理體系研究

【摘要】:隨著我國市場化程度的逐步提高,尤其是自2015年10月國務(wù)院印發(fā)《關(guān)于加快構(gòu)建大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)萬眾創(chuàng)新支持平臺(tái)的指導(dǎo)意見》以后,國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)市場迎來了創(chuàng)業(yè)的又一高峰,初創(chuàng)企業(yè)不絕涌現(xiàn)。這不僅可以擴(kuò)大就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì),增加財(cái)政收入,也是健全社會(huì)市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制,實(shí)現(xiàn)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的長期需要。但繁榮背后,有不少企業(yè)還沒成長便已夭折,更多的企業(yè)在激烈的市場競爭中陸續(xù)被淘汰出局。企業(yè)存亡更迭速度過快,初創(chuàng)企業(yè)存活率過低,從某種層面上來說,也是不利于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的。究其原因,除了初創(chuàng)企業(yè)融資難、技術(shù)弱等客觀因素外,不成熟的內(nèi)部管理,也是企業(yè)加速走向滅亡的主要推手!企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理問題,是國內(nèi)外業(yè)界和學(xué)術(shù)界經(jīng)久不衰的課題,研究成果豐富,然而百人百態(tài),不一而論,如何讓一個(gè)初創(chuàng)企業(yè)在內(nèi)部管理上快速步入發(fā)展軌道,建立一個(gè)有序高效,既能適應(yīng)初創(chuàng)期的成本限制又能在成長后發(fā)展壯大的管理體系,至今沒有一個(gè)具體化、可操作的引導(dǎo)性理論體系。本文所使用的研究方法主要有文獻(xiàn)法、調(diào)查總結(jié)法和經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)法。本文從企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理體系——包含無形的企業(yè)文化軟實(shí)力和有形的企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理體制著手,闡述了初創(chuàng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的重要性,發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的有效性和初創(chuàng)企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理體系建設(shè)提出了方向性的建議,總之,提高對構(gòu)建企業(yè)科學(xué)管理框架的投入,對企業(yè)發(fā)展的意義要遠(yuǎn)大于單純的節(jié)省成本。讓初創(chuàng)企業(yè)從一開始便有意識的邁上正規(guī)化之路,從創(chuàng)立之初便致力于打造一個(gè)五年不過時(shí)、十年不淘汰的內(nèi)部管理體系,有正確的方向指引、有可遵循的原則框架、有靈活的應(yīng)變辦法和正面積極的團(tuán)隊(duì)能量。文章共分為6章:緒論部分概述了論文的研究背景、研究方法、研究目標(biāo)、創(chuàng)新之處等,第2章描述了企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理體系的相關(guān)理論,第3到5章為本論文的主體研究部分,第6章為結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:With the gradual improvement of the degree of marketization of our country, especially since the State Council issued the guidance on accelerating the construction of the public entrepreneurship and innovation support platform in October,2015, the domestic economic market has brought a new peak of the start-up, and the start-up enterprises are constantly emerging. This will not only expand employment opportunities, increase fiscal revenue, but also improve the social market economic system and achieve the long-term needs of the sustainable development of the national economy. But in the back of prosperity, many enterprises have not grown up, and more enterprises have been eliminated in the fierce market competition. The survival rate of the enterprise is too fast, and the survival rate of the start-up enterprise is too low, which is not conducive to economic development and social stability. The reason is that, in addition to the objective factors such as the financing difficulty and the weak technology of the start-up enterprise, the immature internal management is also the main push of the enterprise to accelerate to the end of the destruction. The internal management of the enterprise is a long-lasting subject in the industry and the academic circles both at home and abroad. It can not only adapt to the cost limitation of the initial period, but also can develop the management system after the growth, so far, there is no concrete and operable guidance system. The research methods used in this paper mainly include the literature method, the investigation summary method and the experience summary method. Starting from the enterprise's internal management system, including the invisible enterprise culture soft power and the tangible enterprise's internal management system, this paper expounds the importance of the culture construction of the start-up enterprise, the effectiveness of the development strategy and the suggestions on the orientation of the construction of the internal management system of the start-up enterprise, in summary, To improve the investment in the construction of the scientific management framework of the enterprise, the significance of the development of the enterprise is far greater than that of the simple cost. Let the start-up begin to make a conscious effort to formalize the road from the beginning to a five-year-old internal management system that is not phased out in the past five years, with the right direction and a framework of principles that can be followed, There is a flexible strain approach and positive team energy. The article is divided into six chapters: The introduction section provides an overview of the research background, the research method, the research goal and the innovation of the paper. Chapter 2 describes the relevant theories of the enterprise's internal management system, and the articles 3 to 5 are the subject research part of this paper and Chapter 6.
