長(zhǎng)城資產(chǎn)管理公司收購(gòu)非金債業(yè)務(wù)的方案優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:非金融不良資產(chǎn)(簡(jiǎn)稱“非金債”)指非金融機(jī)構(gòu)作為權(quán)利人因日常生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)或資金往來(lái)而產(chǎn)生的不良資產(chǎn)。開展非金債收購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù),一方面可以更好地提升金融債權(quán)的價(jià)值,達(dá)到盤活存量資產(chǎn),促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)改造;另一方面可以增強(qiáng)運(yùn)用存量資產(chǎn)的效率,有助于債務(wù)方化解因?yàn)槎唐诹鲃?dòng)資本不足而導(dǎo)致的運(yùn)營(yíng)困境,協(xié)助公司克服困難,實(shí)現(xiàn)更多的經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)效益。本文以長(zhǎng)城資產(chǎn)管理公司非金債業(yè)務(wù)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)借助目前企業(yè)、金融方面的相關(guān)理論,對(duì)目前長(zhǎng)城資產(chǎn)在商業(yè)化收購(gòu)非金債業(yè)務(wù)方面所面臨的資本市場(chǎng)、法律法規(guī)等外部環(huán)境以及非金債業(yè)務(wù)中的業(yè)務(wù)模式、標(biāo)的范圍、業(yè)務(wù)流程、收購(gòu)和重組方式,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控等方面的分析,總結(jié)歸納出長(zhǎng)城資產(chǎn)管理公司目前在非金債業(yè)務(wù)方面存在的問(wèn)題,指出了業(yè)務(wù)模式創(chuàng)新不足,資金成本較高,客戶集中度高,標(biāo)的優(yōu)劣確定困難等,是制約長(zhǎng)城資產(chǎn)管理公司非金債業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的主要因素。并針對(duì)目前存在的問(wèn)題,提出了面向未來(lái),以市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)為中心。創(chuàng)新多樣化的業(yè)務(wù)模式,降低業(yè)務(wù)資金成本,以大客戶為基礎(chǔ),開發(fā)多行業(yè)業(yè)務(wù),借助審計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)合作開展客戶標(biāo)的確權(quán)等一系列優(yōu)化策略。最后從建立健全相關(guān)法律法規(guī)。來(lái)營(yíng)造良好的不良資產(chǎn)收購(gòu)環(huán)境;建立和完善企業(yè)信用評(píng)級(jí)制度,來(lái)為非金債業(yè)務(wù)提供更好的客戶資源;通過(guò)多種人才吸引和激勵(lì)機(jī)制,為公司業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新提供人才保障;與國(guó)際同行業(yè)公司合作,提升公司的整體實(shí)力等方面提出了方案優(yōu)化策略實(shí)施的具體優(yōu)化措施。
[Abstract]:Non-financial non-performing assets (referred to as "non-financial bonds") refer to non-financial institutions as rights holders as a result of daily production and business activities or capital transactions resulting in non-performing assets. On the one hand, the acquisition of non-gold bonds can improve the value of financial claims, activate the stock assets and promote the upgrading and transformation of the industry; on the other hand, it can enhance the efficiency of using stock assets, help the debtors to resolve the operational difficulties caused by the shortage of short-term working capital, help the company overcome the difficulties, and achieve more economic and social benefits. This paper takes the non-gold debt business of Great Wall Asset Management Company as the research object, and analyzes the capital market, laws and regulations, the business model, the scope of business, the business process, the mode of acquisition and reorganization, the risk control and so on, which Great Wall assets face in the commercial acquisition of non-gold debt business with the help of the relevant theories of enterprises and finance at present. This paper summarizes the problems existing in the non-gold debt business of Great Wall Asset Management Company at present, and points out that the shortcomings of business model innovation, high capital cost, high customer concentration and difficulty in determining the subject matter are the main factors restricting the development of non-gold debt business of Great Wall Asset Management Company. In view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward facing the future and taking the market economy as the center. A series of optimization strategies, such as innovating diversified business model, reducing business capital cost, developing multi-industry business on the basis of large customers, and carrying out customer target confirmation rights with the help of audit institutions, etc. Finally, from the establishment and improvement of relevant laws and regulations. To create a good non-performing asset acquisition environment; to establish and improve the enterprise credit rating system to provide better customer resources for non-gold debt business; through a variety of talent attraction and incentive mechanisms to provide talent security for corporate business innovation; to cooperate with international co-industry companies to enhance the overall strength of the company, and so on, put forward the specific optimization measures for the implementation of the scheme optimization strategy.
