【摘要】：跨國(guó)公司是生產(chǎn)全球化和科技高度發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,受到各國(guó)政府、企業(yè)、學(xué)術(shù)界的高度關(guān)注。黨的十八大強(qiáng)調(diào),"要加快'走出去'步伐,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)能力,培育一批世界水平的跨國(guó)公司"。江西省委十三屆七次全會(huì)提出了進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大對(duì)外開放,努力打造江西省開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)升級(jí)版的戰(zhàn)略部署。無(wú)論是中央還是江西省委都將加快培育一批本土跨國(guó)公司作為今后"走出去"戰(zhàn)略的努力方向和全面提升開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的主要標(biāo)志。因而,在此形勢(shì)下,對(duì)江西省本土跨國(guó)公司的培育進(jìn)行研究,具有深遠(yuǎn)的意義。本文在分析跨國(guó)公司理論及發(fā)展情況的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)江西經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)階段發(fā)展情況指出培育本土跨國(guó)公司的必要性。結(jié)合江西本土跨國(guó)公司發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)江西省培育本土跨國(guó)企業(yè)進(jìn)行SWOT分析。對(duì)其優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇、挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了總體的概括與仔細(xì)的分析。最后,借鑒日、韓培育本土跨國(guó)公司的經(jīng)驗(yàn)啟示,基于現(xiàn)實(shí)并放眼未來(lái),進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的戰(zhàn)略思考,提出了相應(yīng)的戰(zhàn)略選擇,對(duì)江西培育本土跨國(guó)公司提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。本文指出,根據(jù)培育江西本土跨國(guó)公司的戰(zhàn)略定位、戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),應(yīng)加大力度對(duì)大型企業(yè)、本土特色產(chǎn)業(yè)與戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè)企業(yè)的培育,通過(guò)構(gòu)建全球化的營(yíng)銷體系、基于高級(jí)要素的發(fā)展方式及并購(gòu)的形式進(jìn)行企業(yè)的跨國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng),以發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家、新興市場(chǎng)、周邊文化相近國(guó)家為重點(diǎn)戰(zhàn)略區(qū)域進(jìn)行企業(yè)的國(guó)際化。據(jù)此,江西省政府需加強(qiáng)宏觀規(guī)劃指導(dǎo)、加大財(cái)政支持力度、增強(qiáng)政策服務(wù)體系支撐力度、搭建社會(huì)服務(wù)體系平臺(tái)、引導(dǎo)企業(yè)加快走出去步伐。從政策機(jī)制、財(cái)政稅收、服務(wù)體系、人才培養(yǎng)等方面加快培育江西本土跨國(guó)公司。
[Abstract]:Transnational corporations are the products of the production of globalization and the high-level development of science and technology, and are highly concerned by governments, enterprises and the academic circles. The Party's eighteen-strong emphasis, the "We should speed up the step of 'go out', enhance the international operation ability of the enterprise, and cultivate a group of transnational corporations at the world level". The third-seventh plenary session of the Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) made a further expansion to the outside world and made efforts to build the strategic deployment of an open-type economic upgrade in Jiangxi Province. Both the Central Committee and the JiangXi Provincial Party Committee will speed up the cultivation of a batch of local transnational corporations as the main mark of the future "Get out of here." strategy and the overall improvement of the open economy level. Therefore, in this situation, it is of far-reaching significance to study the cultivation of the local transnational corporations in Jiangxi Province. Based on the analysis of the theory and development of the transnational corporations, this paper points out the necessity of cultivating the local transnational corporations based on the current development of Jiangxi's economy. In the light of the current situation of the development of the local transnational corporations in Jiangxi, the SWOT analysis of the local multinational enterprises in Jiangxi province is carried out. The overall summary and careful analysis of its advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges are carried out. Finally, on the basis of the experience of Japan and Korea to cultivate the local transnational corporations, based on the reality and the future, the corresponding strategic thinking is put forward, and the corresponding strategic choice is put forward, and the corresponding policy suggestions for the cultivation of local transnational corporations in Jiangxi are put forward. It is pointed out that, according to the strategic positioning and strategic objective of the local transnational corporations in Jiangxi, the cultivation of large-scale enterprises, local characteristic industries and strategic emerging industries should be strengthened, and the marketing system of globalization should be constructed. The enterprise's transnational operation is carried out on the basis of the development mode of the high-level element and the form of the M & A, and the internationalization of the enterprise is carried out by the developed countries, the emerging markets and the countries with the close cultural and similar countries as the key strategic regions. Therefore, the provincial government needs to strengthen the guidance of the macro-planning, increase the financial support, strengthen the support of the policy service system, set up a social service system platform, and guide the enterprises to step up the step. From the aspects of policy mechanism, financial tax, service system and personnel training, we should speed up the cultivation of the local transnational corporations in Jiangxi.
