【摘要】：針對單機器的生產(chǎn)排序問題,研究允許在生產(chǎn)間歇開關(guān)機器的可持續(xù)性優(yōu)化方法。以最小化碳排放和總完成時間為目標建立數(shù)學規(guī)劃模型,同時對訂單的生產(chǎn)順序、開始生產(chǎn)時刻和機器的開關(guān)機計劃進行決策�；诜謱有蛄蟹▽δＰ瓦M行求解分析,分別提出了求解主次目標的最優(yōu)性條件,并利用禁忌搜索算法優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)順序。通過一個企業(yè)案例和多個模擬算例的計算分析,表明可持續(xù)性優(yōu)化方法可以顯著減少生產(chǎn)過程中的碳排放。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the production scheduling problem of single machine, the sustainability optimization method of batch switching machine is studied. In order to minimize carbon emissions and total completion time, a mathematical programming model is established, and decisions are made on the production sequence of the order, the starting time of production and the switch plan of the machine. Based on the hierarchical sequence method, the optimization conditions for solving the primary and secondary objectives are put forward, and the Tabu search algorithm is used to optimize the production sequence. Through the calculation and analysis of one enterprise case and several simulation examples, it is shown that the sustainability optimization method can significantly reduce the carbon emissions in the production process.
