共享型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對員工進諫行為影響研究——基于權(quán)力距離的調(diào)節(jié)作用

【摘要】:在整合認(rèn)知理論、社會交換理論和歸屬理論的基礎(chǔ)上,基于權(quán)力距離的調(diào)節(jié)作用,利用SPSS軟件研究共享領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與員工進諫行為的關(guān)系,豐富了共享型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的理論研究,并且從實際出發(fā)探討在共享領(lǐng)導(dǎo)情境下如何更好地鼓勵員工進諫。研究結(jié)果表明,共享領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對員工進諫行為具有正向作用,即在企業(yè)或組織中,共享領(lǐng)導(dǎo)程度越大,員工進諫行為越多;權(quán)力距離在共享型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對員工進諫行為的影響中起到調(diào)節(jié)作用。在相同條件下,員工的權(quán)力距離越大,共享型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對員工進諫行為的正向影響越小;反之,則共享型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對員工進諫行為的正向影響越大。
[Abstract]:On the basis of integrating cognitive theory, social exchange theory and ownership theory, based on the regulating function of power distance, the relationship between shared leadership and employee remonstrance behavior is studied by using SPSS software, which enriches the theoretical research of shared leadership. And from the actual point of view, this paper discusses how to better encourage employees to remonstrance in the context of shared leadership. The results show that shared leadership plays a positive role in employee remonstrance behavior, that is, in enterprises or organizations, the greater the degree of shared leadership, the more employee remonstrance behavior. Power distance plays a regulatory role in the influence of shared leadership on employees' remonstrance behavior. Under the same conditions, the greater the power distance of employees, the smaller the positive influence of shared leaders on employees' remonstrance behavior, on the contrary, the greater the positive influence of shared leaders on employees' remonstrance behavior.
