【摘要】：本文研究創(chuàng)業(yè)傾向的性別差異,在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上建立研究框架,構(gòu)建結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,并以北京高校大學(xué)生作為實(shí)證研究對(duì)象,定量探討人際關(guān)系、前瞻性人格、創(chuàng)業(yè)態(tài)度和創(chuàng)業(yè)能力對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)傾向的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),男性創(chuàng)業(yè)傾向的各條影響路徑均高于女性,且人際關(guān)系在其中發(fā)揮重要作用。本文的理論貢獻(xiàn)在于明確了這些變量之間相互影響的機(jī)制和路徑,闡明女性創(chuàng)業(yè)傾向的形成路徑,以及不同性別創(chuàng)業(yè)傾向影響路徑的差異,對(duì)于女性創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的研究和實(shí)踐具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the gender difference of entrepreneurial tendency, establishes the research framework on the basis of theoretical analysis, constructs the structural equation model, and takes the college students in Beijing as the empirical research object to discuss quantitatively the interpersonal relationship and forward-looking personality. The influence of entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial ability on entrepreneurial tendency. It was found that male entrepreneurial tendency had higher influence path than female, and interpersonal relationship played an important role in it. The theoretical contribution of this paper is to clarify the mechanism and path of the interaction between these variables, to clarify the formation path of female entrepreneurial tendency, and to clarify the differences of the influencing paths of different gender entrepreneurial tendencies. It is of great significance for the research and practice of female entrepreneurship education.
