【摘要】：以2007-2014年中國(guó)滬深民營(yíng)上市企業(yè)為研究樣本,結(jié)合宏觀貨幣政策調(diào)整,從政企關(guān)聯(lián)和銀企關(guān)聯(lián)兩個(gè)方面,驗(yàn)證了企業(yè)社會(huì)資本對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)彈性儲(chǔ)備決策的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)彈性儲(chǔ)備水平與政企關(guān)聯(lián)和銀企關(guān)聯(lián)均呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,即政企關(guān)聯(lián)或銀企關(guān)聯(lián)程度較高的企業(yè),傾向于儲(chǔ)備較低的財(cái)務(wù)彈性水平;而政企關(guān)聯(lián)或銀企關(guān)聯(lián)程度較低的企業(yè),則會(huì)儲(chǔ)備較高的財(cái)務(wù)彈性水平。進(jìn)一步研究發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)貨幣政策趨緊時(shí),政企關(guān)聯(lián)和銀企關(guān)聯(lián)對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)彈性的負(fù)向作用更顯著。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of the enterprise social capital on the decision of the financial elastic reserve in the two aspects of the relationship between the government and the enterprise and the relationship between the bank and the enterprise from the two aspects of the relationship between the government and the enterprise and the relationship between the bank and the enterprise in the period of 2007-2014. The results show that the level of the financial elasticity reserve of the enterprise is negatively related to the relationship between the government and the enterprise and the relationship between the bank and the enterprise. A higher level of financial elasticity is stored. The further study found that, when the monetary policy is tight, the relationship between the government and the enterprise and the relationship between the bank and the enterprise are more significant to the negative effect of the financial elasticity.
