柔性機制與二元創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動力構(gòu)建

【摘要】:制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級需要突破式和漸進式二元創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動力。通過對江鈴汽車的連續(xù)突破創(chuàng)新、雙核帶動創(chuàng)新和柔性帶動創(chuàng)新三個不同時期的創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動展開組合方法調(diào)查,對比發(fā)現(xiàn)純靠領導機制難以穩(wěn)固創(chuàng)新根基,結(jié)構(gòu)分隔機制又會產(chǎn)生較大的協(xié)調(diào)成本和核心剛性,而基于二元文化、領導調(diào)節(jié)組合以及員工二元心智這些跨層面因子的柔性機制則可帶來更持續(xù)的二元創(chuàng)新動力。本文通過案例解釋了二元性前因的交互關系,也拓展了二元文化及心智的理論邊界,研究結(jié)論對中國制造業(yè)創(chuàng)新升級具有實踐指導意義。
[Abstract]:The transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry requires a breakthrough and a gradual dual driving force of innovation. Through the continuous breakthrough innovation of Jiangling Automobile, the combination method of innovation driven by dual-core and flexible innovation in three different periods, it is found that it is difficult to stabilize the foundation of innovation by purely relying on leadership mechanism. The structure separation mechanism will produce greater coordination cost and core rigidity, while the flexible mechanism based on dual culture, leadership adjustment combination and employee dual mind can bring more sustainable dual innovation power. This paper explains the interaction of dualistic antecedents and extends the theoretical boundary of dualistic culture and mind through case studies. The research results have practical guiding significance for the innovation and upgrading of Chinese manufacturing industry.
