【摘要】：面對(duì)不斷擴(kuò)張的全球市場(chǎng)需求，大量先進(jìn)跨國(guó)公司開(kāi)始探索實(shí)踐一種新型的全球運(yùn)作模式-“24小時(shí)知識(shí)工廠”，跨國(guó)分布式團(tuán)隊(duì)作為其重要的實(shí)施載體，如何促使成員之間在異步跨時(shí)區(qū)全球化協(xié)同過(guò)程中成功實(shí)現(xiàn)知識(shí)共享是關(guān)鍵，為了解決異步跨時(shí)區(qū)的知識(shí)流程過(guò)程中的知識(shí)共享有效性問(wèn)題，這篇論文基于24小時(shí)知識(shí)工廠的全球化運(yùn)作理論，在結(jié)合全球分布式團(tuán)隊(duì)的典型特征的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)跨國(guó)公司知識(shí)共享及其影響因素進(jìn)行梳理，總結(jié)出異步跨時(shí)區(qū)的全球運(yùn)作中影響知識(shí)共享有效性的關(guān)鍵因素，在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建基于24小時(shí)知識(shí)工廠的知識(shí)共享有效性影響因素理論模型(24hrKF-KSE)。以跨國(guó)企業(yè)和承接海外外包的項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)成員為研究對(duì)象，，通過(guò)電話(huà)訪(fǎng)談與網(wǎng)上發(fā)放問(wèn)卷的方式對(duì)收集到的227份有效數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件SPSS19.0對(duì)問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行信度與效度分析，通過(guò)相關(guān)分析與回歸分析考察分布式團(tuán)隊(duì)的四個(gè)典型特征對(duì)知識(shí)共享有效性的主效應(yīng)，運(yùn)用層次回歸分析各維度間的效應(yīng)以及信息與溝通技術(shù)的使用對(duì)知識(shí)共享有效性的調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)，得到主要研究結(jié)論有：異步跨時(shí)區(qū)的跨國(guó)團(tuán)隊(duì)的知識(shí)共享的有效性受到知識(shí)異質(zhì)性，信任和跨時(shí)區(qū)時(shí)間分離程度以及信息與溝通技術(shù)的協(xié)同使用程度的影響，其中知識(shí)異質(zhì)性，人際信任和信息與溝通技術(shù)使用程度對(duì)知識(shí)共享有效性有顯著正向影響，跨時(shí)區(qū)的工作時(shí)間分離程度對(duì)知識(shí)共享有效性有顯著負(fù)向影響；信息與溝通技術(shù)的應(yīng)用對(duì)知識(shí)異質(zhì)性，跨時(shí)區(qū)的工作時(shí)間分離程度與知識(shí)共享有效性之間的關(guān)系分別存在著顯著的正向調(diào)節(jié)作用；在將跨時(shí)區(qū)的工作時(shí)間分離程度分為4類(lèi)時(shí)，只有在跨時(shí)區(qū)工作時(shí)間的分離較大時(shí)才會(huì)對(duì)成員之間知識(shí)共享的有效性產(chǎn)生顯著的負(fù)面影響。在這一模型中突出驗(yàn)證了信息與溝通技術(shù)的使用在基于24小時(shí)知識(shí)工廠的全球化運(yùn)作過(guò)程中對(duì)知識(shí)共享有效性的重要調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:In the face of the ever-expanding global market demand, a large number of advanced multinational companies began to explore and practice a new type of global operation model, "24 hours knowledge Factory". Transnational distributed teams as an important carrier of its implementation. In order to solve the problem of the effectiveness of knowledge sharing in the process of asynchronous cross-time zone knowledge flow, it is the key that how to promote the successful realization of knowledge sharing among members in the process of asynchronous cross-time zone globalization. Based on the global operation theory of 24-hour knowledge factory and the typical characteristics of global distributed team, this paper combs the knowledge sharing of multinational corporations and its influencing factors. The key factors influencing the effectiveness of knowledge sharing in asynchronous cross-time zone global operation are summarized. On this basis, a theoretical model of influencing factors of knowledge sharing effectiveness based on 24-hour knowledge factory (24hrKF-KSE) is constructed. Taking multinational enterprises and project team members who undertake overseas outsourcing as research subjects, the reliability and validity of 227 valid data collected were analyzed by telephone interviews and online questionnaires using statistical analysis software SPSS19.0. The main effects of the four typical characteristics of distributed teams on the effectiveness of knowledge sharing were investigated by correlation analysis and regression analysis. Using hierarchical regression analysis of the effects between dimensions and the effects of the use of information and communication technology on the effectiveness of knowledge sharing, The main conclusions are as follows: the effectiveness of knowledge sharing among multinational teams across asynchronous time zones is affected by the heterogeneity of knowledge, the degree of trust and time separation across time zones, and the degree of collaborative use of information and communication technologies, in which the heterogeneity of knowledge is involved. The degree of interpersonal trust and the use of information and communication technology have a significant positive impact on the effectiveness of knowledge sharing, and the degree of separation of working time across time zones has a significant negative impact on the effectiveness of knowledge sharing; The application of information and communication technology has significant positive effects on the relationship between the heterogeneity of knowledge, the degree of separation of working time across time zones and the effectiveness of knowledge sharing. When the separation degree of working time across time zones is divided into four categories, only when the separation of working time across time zones is larger will it have a significant negative impact on the effectiveness of knowledge sharing among members. In this model, it is highlighted that the use of information and communication technology plays an important role in regulating the effectiveness of knowledge sharing in the process of globalization based on 24-hour knowledge factory.
