【摘要】：針對(duì)退化過程服從三階段故障過程的單部件系統(tǒng)提出了定期檢測(cè)與備件訂購(gòu)策略聯(lián)合優(yōu)化.該策略下,根據(jù)檢測(cè)時(shí)系統(tǒng)的狀態(tài)執(zhí)行不同的維修活動(dòng):當(dāng)系統(tǒng)處于正常狀態(tài),不執(zhí)行任何維修活動(dòng);若識(shí)別輕缺陷進(jìn)行不完美維修并采用比例役齡回退模型描述不完美維修效果;若識(shí)別嚴(yán)重缺陷則更換系統(tǒng).當(dāng)更換系統(tǒng)時(shí)需考慮備件狀態(tài):若處于存貨狀態(tài)則立即更換,若正處于途中則到貨時(shí)更換,若未訂貨需立即訂貨并在到貨時(shí)刻更換.考慮所有更新事件采用更新報(bào)酬理論建立以最小化單位時(shí)間內(nèi)期望成本為目標(biāo)的模型,同時(shí)優(yōu)化檢測(cè)周期和訂貨點(diǎn).最后,設(shè)計(jì)枚舉優(yōu)化算法和離散仿真算法求解模型,并在算例分析中驗(yàn)證模型的有效性和適用性.
[Abstract]:The joint optimization of periodic inspection and spare parts ordering strategy is proposed for a single component system with three stages of failure in degenerate process. Under this strategy, different maintenance activities are performed according to the state of the system when the system is detected: when the system is in a normal state, it does not perform any maintenance activities; If the light defects are identified for imperfect maintenance and the proportional service age regression model is used to describe the imperfect maintenance effect, if serious defects are identified, the system is replaced. When changing the system, the spare parts should be considered: if in stock, immediately, if in transit, when the goods arrive, if not ordered immediately and at the time of arrival. Considering all update events, a model with the aim of minimizing the expected cost per unit time is established by using the update reward theory, and the inspection period and the order point are optimized simultaneously. Finally, the enumeration optimization algorithm and discrete simulation algorithm are designed to solve the model, and the validity and applicability of the model are verified in the example analysis.
