【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)條件下信息應(yīng)用技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,沖擊著傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)企業(yè)邊界產(chǎn)生影響�；谄髽I(yè)知識(shí)理論視角,以問題求解為基本單元,構(gòu)建分析企業(yè)邊界變化的模型框架。企業(yè)實(shí)質(zhì)是以自有知識(shí)體系為核心,通過配置各項(xiàng)生產(chǎn)要素組合來提供產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)的組織安排,企業(yè)邊界即基于自身知識(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)有形要素配置的能力邊界。將此模型應(yīng)用于分析現(xiàn)階段經(jīng)濟(jì)新形態(tài)和企業(yè)組織新特征,發(fā)現(xiàn)引致企業(yè)邊界變化的根本原因是:互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)應(yīng)用使企業(yè)知識(shí)獲取成本發(fā)生了相對(duì)變化,企業(yè)中一些環(huán)節(jié)知識(shí)傾向于"外購(gòu)",而另一些環(huán)節(jié)則偏重于"自制"。企業(yè)知識(shí)發(fā)生結(jié)構(gòu)性變革,企業(yè)組織邊界出現(xiàn)新的變化。更為靈活的組織方式的選擇,導(dǎo)致企業(yè)有形實(shí)體和無形實(shí)體分離。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of information application technology under the condition of Internet impacts on the traditional enterprise organization structure and affects the enterprise boundary. Based on enterprise knowledge theory and problem solving as a basic unit, a model framework for analyzing the change of enterprise boundary is constructed. The essence of an enterprise is the organizational arrangement of providing products or services by configuring the combination of production factors with the core of its own knowledge system. The enterprise boundary is the ability boundary to realize the allocation of tangible elements based on its own knowledge. This model is applied to analyze the new forms of economy and the new characteristics of enterprise organization at present. It is found that the fundamental reason for the change of enterprise boundary is that the cost of enterprise knowledge acquisition has changed relatively because of the application of Internet technology. In some enterprises, knowledge tends to be "outsourced", while in others, emphasis is placed on "self-making". The knowledge of enterprises has undergone structural changes, and the organizational boundaries of enterprises have undergone new changes. The more flexible organization way choice, causes the enterprise tangible entity and the invisible entity separation.
