【摘要】：對高新制造企業(yè)的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新內(nèi)容進行分類。從業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新、盈利模式創(chuàng)新、經(jīng)營模式創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上下游關(guān)系、戰(zhàn)略領(lǐng)先及匹配程度以及市場表現(xiàn)6個方面構(gòu)建了高新制造企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新評價體系。據(jù)此設(shè)計商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新評價調(diào)查問卷,并收集了在中國創(chuàng)業(yè)板37家高新制造企業(yè)在上市后的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營和發(fā)展情況,利用專家打分法獲得樣本企業(yè)的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新評價指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)合熵權(quán)法和系統(tǒng)綜合評價模型,對其商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新水平進行了評價。結(jié)果顯示:現(xiàn)階段中國高新制造企業(yè)的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新水平存在較大差距,表現(xiàn)出明顯的發(fā)展不平衡態(tài)勢。最后,針對中國高新制造企業(yè)的特點,對其商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新方向提出了具體建議。
[Abstract]:The business model innovation content of high-tech manufacturing enterprises is classified. The evaluation system of business model innovation of high-tech manufacturing enterprises is constructed from six aspects: business structure innovation, profit model innovation, business model innovation, upstream and downstream relationship of industrial chain, strategic leading and matching degree and market performance. Based on this, this paper designs the questionnaire of business model innovation evaluation, and collects the production management and development of 37 high-tech manufacturing enterprises in China's gem after listing, and obtains the evaluation index data of business model innovation of the sample enterprises by using the expert scoring method. Combined with entropy weight method and system comprehensive evaluation model, the innovation level of business model is evaluated. The results show that there is a big gap in the level of business model innovation of high-tech manufacturing enterprises in China at present, which shows an obvious imbalance in development. Finally, according to the characteristics of high-tech manufacturing enterprises in China, the paper puts forward some concrete suggestions on the innovation direction of its business model.
