【摘要】：本文針對(duì)現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)忽略了授權(quán)分銷商與灰色市場(chǎng)投機(jī)者的市場(chǎng)力量差異的研究現(xiàn)狀,考慮由一個(gè)制造商和兩個(gè)處于不同國(guó)家市場(chǎng)的分銷商組成的跨國(guó)供應(yīng)鏈(其中一個(gè)分銷商參與灰色市場(chǎng)投機(jī)),構(gòu)建了以授權(quán)分銷商為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者和以灰色市場(chǎng)投機(jī)者為跟隨者的Stackelberg博弈模型.首先給出了批發(fā)價(jià)格合同下各節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)的均衡策略,分析發(fā)現(xiàn):與授權(quán)分銷商和灰色市場(chǎng)投機(jī)者同時(shí)決策情形相比,i)授權(quán)分銷商在其與灰色市場(chǎng)投機(jī)者序貫決策時(shí)能獲得更高的利潤(rùn);ii)制造商在二者序貫決策情形下能獲得較高的利潤(rùn);iii)授權(quán)分銷商先決策可以降低灰市產(chǎn)品的銷量和灰色市場(chǎng)投機(jī)者的投機(jī)利潤(rùn).然后引入兩部定價(jià)合同,并通過設(shè)定合理參數(shù)以實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈中各節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)的帕累托改進(jìn).
[Abstract]:In this paper, the current situation of research on the difference of market forces between authorized distributors and grey market speculators is ignored. Considering a multinational supply chain consisting of one manufacturer and two distributors in different national markets (one of whom is engaged in grey market speculation), an authorized distributor leader and a grey market speculator are constructed Stackelberg game model for follower. Firstly, the equilibrium strategy of each node enterprise under wholesale price contract is given. It is found that the, i) authorized distributor can obtain higher profit than the authorized distributor and the grey market speculator in making the decision at the same time. The; ii) manufacturer can obtain higher profit in the case of sequential decision between the authorized distributor and the speculator in the grey market. Higher profits; iii) allows distributors to make decisions first and reduces sales of grey market products and speculative profits of grey market speculators. Then two pricing contracts are introduced, and the Pareto improvement of each node enterprise in the supply chain is realized by setting reasonable parameters.
