【摘要】：人力資源是MRO服務(wù)中心調(diào)度的重要因素。將多技能工調(diào)度與員工行為效應(yīng)即學(xué)習(xí)和遺忘效應(yīng)相結(jié)合,以最小化任務(wù)總完工時間為目標(biāo)建立模型,并用分段染色體遺傳算法進(jìn)行求解。在模型中考慮多技能工掌握的技能和任務(wù)的技能需求相匹配,并考慮員工在一個任務(wù)點可以使用其掌握的多項技能。通過算例對模型進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)任務(wù)數(shù)量和員工數(shù)量對任務(wù)總完工時間和作業(yè)時間有影響,且考慮行為效應(yīng)的指派能優(yōu)化員工安排,縮短任務(wù)總完工時間。說明人的行為效應(yīng)對企業(yè)實際利益有重要影響。
[Abstract]:Human resource is an important factor of MRO service center scheduling. The multi-skill scheduling is combined with the learning and forgetting effects, and the model is established with the goal of minimizing the total task completion time. The model is solved by using the piecewise chromosome genetic algorithm. The model takes into account the match between the skills acquired by multi-skilled workers and the skill requirements of tasks, and the ability of employees to use multiple skills at a task point. Through the analysis of the model, it is found that the number of tasks and the number of employees have influence on the total task completion time and job time, and the assignment considering the behavior effect can optimize the staff arrangement and shorten the total task completion time. It shows that the effect of human behavior has an important influence on the actual interests of enterprises.
