GD集團精益生產(chǎn)管理應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:Large-scale enterprises and research institutes are the carriers of implementing the "made in China 2025" action program, which plays an important role in promoting economic development and social progress. In recent years, large-scale enterprises in China, scientific research institutes have developed rapidly, management level has been greatly improved. At the same time, also encountered such as production planning management, site management, quality control, production line operation and other management issues. It is of great practical significance to study and design the lean production system suitable for the enterprise and scientific research institute. In view of the actual production process of GD Group, using lean production management theory and method, this paper puts forward the Lean production management system as a breakthrough, from the production planning, production cycle, The product quality and equipment utilization rate are continuously improved to solve the shortcomings of the original production control system. The paper is carried out according to the ideas of putting forward, analyzing and solving problems. First of all, the domestic and foreign application of lean production is briefly analyzed, and the relevant literature on lean production theory and lean management is summarized. Secondly, the current situation and existing problems of production management in GD Group are analyzed. The design scheme of lean production management system is put forward, including the principles, objectives, concrete steps and supporting measures of lean production management system. Finally, the effect of lean production management system implementation is comprehensively evaluated.
