【摘要】：[目的/意義]互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代的知識創(chuàng)新離不開知識網(wǎng)絡(luò),跨越組織邊界進(jìn)行知識創(chuàng)新已成為知識管理領(lǐng)域的前沿問題。通過探究知識創(chuàng)新在知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的形成過程,構(gòu)建基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入的知識創(chuàng)新模型,為豐富知識管理理論,提高組織知識創(chuàng)新能力提供支持。[方法/過程]通過對網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入、外部知識搜尋和知識創(chuàng)新相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的梳理,分析知識創(chuàng)新一般過程,了解企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系嵌入、網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)嵌入、外部知識搜尋及獲取行為,構(gòu)建基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入的知識創(chuàng)新模型。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]組織知識創(chuàng)新一般需要通過知識獲取、知識整合、知識創(chuàng)造及知識利用過程來實現(xiàn)。處于網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心的企業(yè)應(yīng)通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系嵌入和結(jié)構(gòu)嵌入進(jìn)行外部知識搜尋,實現(xiàn)組織外部知識獲取�；诰W(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入的知識創(chuàng)新模型是組織內(nèi)和組織間知識創(chuàng)新的體現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] knowledge innovation in the Internet age can not be separated from knowledge network. Knowledge innovation across organizational boundaries has become a frontier problem in the field of knowledge management. By exploring the forming process of knowledge innovation in knowledge network, this paper constructs a knowledge innovation model based on network embedding, which provides support for enriching knowledge management theory and improving organization knowledge innovation ability. [method / process] by combing the related literature of network embedding, external knowledge searching and knowledge innovation, the general process of knowledge innovation is analyzed, and the behaviors of enterprise network relation embedding, network structure embedding, external knowledge searching and acquisition are understood. The knowledge innovation model based on network embedding is constructed. Results / conclusion: organizational knowledge innovation is generally realized through knowledge acquisition, knowledge integration, knowledge creation and knowledge utilization. Enterprises in the center of network should search external knowledge by embedding network relationship and embedding structure to achieve external knowledge acquisition. The knowledge innovation model based on network embedding is the embodiment of knowledge innovation within and between organizations.
