包容型人才開(kāi)發(fā)模式對(duì)創(chuàng)新激情和行為的影響研究
[Abstract]:To promote innovation-driven development strategy, we must adopt an effective talent development model. This paper integrates Chinese traditional "inclusive culture" and modern "inclusive concept" into talent development. Through empirical investigation, this paper discusses the influence of inclusive talent development mode on employees' innovation behavior, and verifies the intermediary effect of innovation passion. It provides the theoretical basis for the development of talents and the stimulation of employees' innovative behavior. The results show that: (1) the development model of inclusive talents includes five aspects: attaching importance to fairness and win-win, rationally accommodating employees' innovative ideas and failures, giving full play to employees' advantages, paying attention to staff training, and building a diversified talent team. Innovation passion includes two dimensions: compulsive innovation passion and harmonious innovation passion; (2) inclusive talent development model is positively related to innovation passion and innovation behavior of employees. Attaching importance to fairness and win-win, rationally accommodating employees' innovation thoughts and failures, exerting employees' advantages and so on significantly affect the passion of forced innovation, attaching importance to fairness and win-win, paying attention to staff training, and so on. Pay attention to fairness and win-win, talent advantage play, the construction of diversified talent team has a significant impact on employee innovation behavior; (3) Innovation passion is to attach importance to fairness and win-win impact on employee innovation behavior intermediary variable, Compulsive innovation passion plays an intermediary role in the exertion of talent superiority on employee innovation behavior.
