基于知識(shí)整合的產(chǎn)品迭代創(chuàng)新機(jī)制研究
[Abstract]:Innovation is one of the core competitiveness of enterprises. The fierce competition environment, the variability of user demand and the popularization of national innovation make enterprises no longer stick to the traditional innovation mode of long cycle and high cost, but adopt iterative innovation, which is a new product innovation mode. Iterative innovation is a small step innovation with low cost and high efficiency in the continuous interaction with users, which is guided by the user's demand, and then realizes the subversive innovation of the product in the iterations of cycle time after time. Therefore, how to effectively realize the iterative innovation of products has become a problem that enterprises face and need to solve. This paper focuses on the internal and external knowledge of the enterprise, explores how to utilize the integration of internal and external knowledge to realize product iterative innovation, and constructs the mechanism model of product iterative innovation. The main contents of this study are as follows: firstly, 16 staff of 5 typical enterprises in China were interviewed by the method of rooted theory. And with the help of qualitative analysis software Nvivo11.0, the results of interviews and related second-hand data collected by coding analysis, respectively through open coding, In the three-level coding process of spindle coding and selective coding, 115 free nodes and 18 sub-categories, 6 principal categories and 1 core category are obtained. On the basis of the meaning of sub-category and the logical relationship between sub-categories, the theoretical model of this study is constructed, which reveals the mechanism of product iterative innovation: enterprises try to accurately grasp the real needs of customers. And the integration of internal and external knowledge resources to quickly develop products to meet the needs of users, and then in the trial and error in order to learn to improve the function of the product, and finally review the entire process to guide the next step of practice. At the end of this paper, the iterative innovation mechanism of Huawei's mobile phone products is analyzed to verify the veracity and universality of the model, and the enlightenment of enterprise management for product development is put forward.
