基于交叉熵的區(qū)間直覺模糊多屬性企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目決策

【摘要】:針對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目決策過程中不確定性和復(fù)雜性的特征,構(gòu)建基于熵權(quán)的區(qū)間直覺模糊多屬性企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目決策方法。該決策方法的基本思路為從收益和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)兩方面構(gòu)建企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,通過交叉信息熵和熵權(quán)理論確定每個(gè)屬性的權(quán)重后,將屬性權(quán)重和決策者權(quán)威性權(quán)重與決策者的區(qū)間直覺模糊規(guī)范化后的矩陣融合得到待評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目綜合決策信息值,并根據(jù)得分函數(shù)值的大小對(duì)待評(píng)價(jià)方案進(jìn)行排序擇優(yōu)。最后,通過實(shí)例分析,結(jié)果表明模型具有可行性,能夠?yàn)槠髽I(yè)的創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目決策提供參考。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of uncertainty and complexity in the decision-making process of technological innovation project, an interval intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision making method for enterprise technology innovation project based on entropy weight is constructed. The basic idea of this decision-making method is to construct the evaluation index system of enterprise technological innovation project from the two aspects of profit and risk, and then determine the weight of each attribute through the theory of cross-information entropy and entropy weight. The attribute weight and the authoritative weight of the decision-maker are fused with the matrix of the decision-maker 's interval intuitionistic fuzzy normalization to obtain the comprehensive decision information value of the project to be evaluated, and the evaluation scheme is sorted and selected according to the value of the score function. Finally, through the analysis of examples, the results show that the model is feasible and can provide a reference for enterprise innovation project decision.
