【摘要】：在明確界定企業(yè)性格內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)探索性理論架構(gòu),試圖闡明由組織成員個(gè)體人格到組織層面企業(yè)性格的表現(xiàn)形式和演化機(jī)制,并基于6項(xiàng)核心特征分析,指出企業(yè)性格對(duì)組織競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)形成的3條作用路徑,提煉出競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)形成的性格基礎(chǔ)觀,為未來(lái)研究提出整合性分析框架。
[Abstract]:On the basis of defining clearly the connotation of enterprise character, this paper constructs an exploratory theoretical framework, tries to clarify the expression form and evolution mechanism of enterprise personality from individual personality of organizational member to organizational level, and analyzes the six core characteristics. This paper points out that the enterprise character has three action paths to the formation of the organizational competitive advantage, abstracts the basic view of the character of the formation of the competitive advantage, and puts forward the integrative analysis frame for the future research.
