【摘要】：數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)的有效管理是企業(yè)開展大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用、實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)化運(yùn)營轉(zhuǎn)型的必然選擇。以信息生態(tài)為基本理念,從數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量管理的維度著手將其與企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)管理的實(shí)際情況相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建出適用于企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)管理的信息生態(tài)模型,對相關(guān)角色群體的不同任務(wù)和目標(biāo)進(jìn)行功能性劃分,進(jìn)而對數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)管理的角色進(jìn)行合理分配;同時(shí)分析數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)管理信息生態(tài)模型的運(yùn)行機(jī)理與具體功能,旨在提高企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)管理的效率和實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)價(jià)值的深入挖掘,解決在隱性和業(yè)務(wù)層面上的可操作性問題。
[Abstract]:The effective management of data assets is the inevitable choice for enterprises to carry out big data application and realize the transformation of data operation. Based on the basic idea of information ecology, this paper starts from the dimension of data quality management to combine it with the actual situation of enterprise data asset management, and constructs an information ecological model suitable for enterprise data asset management. The functional division of the different tasks and objectives of the relevant role groups is carried out, and the roles of data asset management are assigned rationally. At the same time, the operation mechanism and specific functions of the data asset management information ecological model are analyzed. The purpose of this paper is to improve the efficiency of enterprise data asset management and to realize the deep mining of the value of data assets, and to solve the problem of maneuverability on the level of recessive and business.
