【摘要】：企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對(duì)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)非常重要,在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境中,企業(yè)要想健康、持續(xù)的發(fā)展下去,必須有符合公司自身?xiàng)l件的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。本文結(jié)合浙江萬(wàn)豐奧威汽輪股份有限公司的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境極其自身的發(fā)展特點(diǎn),在對(duì)其內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,提出了適合萬(wàn)豐公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。本文首先梳理了相關(guān)國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn);然后總結(jié)了文章主要采用的理論,如資源基礎(chǔ)理論、核心能力理論、波特競(jìng)爭(zhēng)理論等;其次,根據(jù)PEST分析法對(duì)萬(wàn)豐公司外部的宏觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,采用波特的五力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模型剖析了萬(wàn)豐公司的行業(yè)環(huán)境分析,從組織機(jī)構(gòu)、人員狀況、資金及市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)能力等方面分析了企業(yè)的內(nèi)部資源和能力;再次,采用SWOT方法,詳細(xì)分析了萬(wàn)豐公司的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、面臨的機(jī)會(huì)與威脅,并借助AHP方法對(duì)各關(guān)鍵因素進(jìn)行權(quán)重賦值,使用IFE、EFE矩陣完成了SWOT矩陣的定量化,得出了萬(wàn)豐公司應(yīng)采取SO進(jìn)攻型戰(zhàn)略的結(jié)論;并進(jìn)一步結(jié)合萬(wàn)豐公司發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出了采用“市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)”戰(zhàn)略和“橫向一體化”戰(zhàn)略;在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了生產(chǎn)戰(zhàn)略、人力資源戰(zhàn)略、產(chǎn)品戰(zhàn)略和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略等職能戰(zhàn)略。最后,為了確保戰(zhàn)略順利實(shí)施,還提出了一系列保障措施,如優(yōu)化組織結(jié)構(gòu)、財(cái)務(wù)資金保障、提高技術(shù)儲(chǔ)備和創(chuàng)新和優(yōu)化人力資源體系等。通過(guò)本研究,期望對(duì)浙江萬(wàn)豐奧威股份有限公司未來(lái)的發(fā)展提供一定的參考價(jià)值,并有助于萬(wàn)豐公司提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,充分發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:The enterprise development strategy is very important to the enterprise, in the fierce market competition environment, the enterprise wants to develop healthily, the sustainable development, must have the development strategy plan which conforms to the company own condition. Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the market competition environment of Zhejiang Wanfeng Aowei steam turbine co., Ltd., this paper puts forward the development strategy plan suitable for Wanfeng company This paper first combs the relevant domestic and foreign literature, then summarizes the main theories adopted in this paper, such as resource-based theory, core competence theory, Porter's competition theory, etc. According to the analysis of the external macro environment of Wanfeng Company by PEST analysis, this paper analyzes the industry environment of Wanfeng Company by using Porter's five-force competition model, and analyzes the situation of organization and personnel. This paper analyzes the internal resources and capabilities of the enterprise from the aspects of capital and marketing ability. Thirdly, using the SWOT method, it analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by Wanfeng Company in detail. With the help of the AHP method, the weights of the key factors are assigned, and the quantification of the SWOT matrix is accomplished by using the IFEE-EFE matrix, and the conclusion that Wanfeng Company should adopt the so offensive strategy is obtained, and the present situation of the development of Wanfeng Company is further combined. This paper puts forward the strategy of "market development" and "horizontal integration", on the basis of which, puts forward some functional strategies, such as production strategy, human resource strategy, product strategy and technological innovation strategy. Finally, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy, a series of safeguard measures are put forward, such as optimizing the organizational structure, financial and financial security, improving the technical reserve and innovation, and optimizing the human resource system, etc. Through this study, we hope to provide some reference value for the future development of Zhejiang Wanfeng Orway Co., Ltd., and help Wanfeng Company to enhance its core competitiveness and give full play to its own advantages.
