【摘要】：農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)是近年來我國農(nóng)村地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢的重要環(huán)節(jié),受到農(nóng)村地區(qū)社會經(jīng)濟(jì)獨(dú)特結(jié)構(gòu)與條件的深刻制約,一般緊密圍繞農(nóng)民最為熟悉的農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營環(huán)境展開,就其形式而言,受國家扶持力度最大的農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社成為農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)的主要形式。農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)與農(nóng)民和農(nóng)村地區(qū)的人力資本積累水平有密切的關(guān)系,更高的人力資本有助于支援農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)活動,這與舒爾茨將創(chuàng)業(yè)能力作為人力資本積累的一個(gè)維度觀點(diǎn)具有一致性。從趨勢上看,農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)未來仍有巨大的發(fā)展空間。
[Abstract]:Farmers' entrepreneurship is an important part of the economic situation in rural areas of China in recent years. It is restricted by the unique structure and conditions of social economy in rural areas. Generally, it is closely related to the agricultural management environment that farmers are most familiar with, as far as its form is concerned, By the state support the largest farmer professional cooperatives become the main form of farmers entrepreneurship. Farmers' entrepreneurship is closely related to the level of human capital accumulation among farmers and rural areas, and higher human capital helps to support agricultural industrial activities. This is consistent with Schultz's view of entrepreneurship as a dimension of human capital accumulation. Looking from the trend, the farmer starts an undertaking in the future still has the huge development space.
