【摘要】：20世紀(jì)30年代,世界經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)開(kāi)始沖擊國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì),很多民族企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)陷入困境,地處南粵的廣東士敏土廠也深受影響。在陳濟(jì)棠的統(tǒng)治下,廣東省政府為應(yīng)對(duì)經(jīng)營(yíng)危機(jī),打著“經(jīng)濟(jì)自衛(wèi)”的口號(hào),采取一系列水泥統(tǒng)制經(jīng)營(yíng)措施,通過(guò)限制甚至杜絕外國(guó)及外省水泥在廣東市場(chǎng)銷售的方式,達(dá)到壟斷該市場(chǎng)并造成經(jīng)濟(jì)割據(jù)的局面,進(jìn)而為政治和軍事割據(jù)打下經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In the 1930s, the world economic crisis began to impact the domestic economy, and many national enterprises fell into difficulties, and the Guangdong Shimentu Factory, located in southern Guangdong Province, was also deeply affected. Under Chen Jitang's rule, in order to deal with the management crisis, the Guangdong Provincial Government, under the slogan "Economic Self-Defense," adopted a series of measures to control cement management, by restricting or even eliminating foreign and provincial cement sales in the Guangdong market. To monopolize the market and result in economic separation, thus laying down the economic foundation for political and military separation.
