【摘要】：加強(qiáng)資源整合、高效地創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí),提升創(chuàng)新效率是新創(chuàng)企業(yè)面臨的重要挑戰(zhàn)。厘清資源整合、創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)和創(chuàng)新三者之間的內(nèi)在作用機(jī)理,有利于創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)更加有效地進(jìn)行創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)。為厘清上述三個(gè)變量的內(nèi)涵及其關(guān)系,作者提出了相對(duì)中庸的資源整合概念,并基于問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,探討了資源整合對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的影響和創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)在其中所發(fā)揮的中介作用。研究結(jié)果表明,資源整合對(duì)創(chuàng)新有正向影響,創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)在資源整合對(duì)創(chuàng)新的影響中發(fā)揮完全中介的作用。
[Abstract]:Strengthening the integration of resources, efficient learning and improving the efficiency of innovation is an important challenge for the new enterprises. Clarifying the internal mechanism of the integration of resources, entrepreneurial learning and innovation is conducive to the more effective entrepreneurial activities of the entrepreneurial team. In order to clarify the connotations and relations of the above three variables, the author puts forward a comparative study. Based on the concept of "resource integration", and based on a questionnaire survey, the impact of resource integration on entrepreneurial innovation and the intermediary role of entrepreneurial learning are discussed. The results show that resource integration has a positive impact on innovation, and entrepreneurial learning plays a complete intermediary role in the impact of resource integration on Innovation.
