跨國(guó)技術(shù)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、合作障礙與穩(wěn)定——跨案例研究

【摘要】:本文通過對(duì)華為與摩托羅拉、中國(guó)第一汽車集團(tuán)與德國(guó)大眾汽車公司建立的兩個(gè)跨國(guó)技術(shù)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟進(jìn)行跨案例比較研究和理論分析,建立了研究命題和理論框架。本文對(duì)案例的分析發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)高技術(shù)企業(yè)形成戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟往往會(huì)因?yàn)樯婕熬薮罄娑鴮?dǎo)致聯(lián)盟存在內(nèi)部風(fēng)險(xiǎn);(2)跨國(guó)技術(shù)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟中存在的隱性和顯性障礙對(duì)于聯(lián)盟穩(wěn)定性有一定的影響;(3)資源共享型和資本分擔(dān)型合作方式對(duì)于聯(lián)盟穩(wěn)定性的影響不同;(4)我國(guó)在建立跨國(guó)技術(shù)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的過程中,合作方式的選擇和對(duì)聯(lián)盟中存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和障礙的識(shí)別很重要。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a cross-case comparative study and theoretical analysis of the two transnational technology strategic alliances established by Huawei and Motorola, China first Automobile Group and German Volkswagen, and establishes the research proposition and theoretical framework. This paper analyzes the cases and finds that: (1) the strategic alliance of high-tech enterprises will often lead to internal risks because of the huge interests involved; (2) the hidden and explicit obstacles in transnational strategic alliance of technology will stabilize the alliance. (3) Resource sharing and capital sharing have different influences on the stability of the alliance. (4) in the process of establishing transnational strategic alliance of technology, China is in the process of establishing transnational strategic alliance of technology. The choice of cooperation mode and the identification of the risks and obstacles in the alliance are very important.
