【摘要】：本文提出的企業(yè)政治資本代際轉(zhuǎn)移理論假說認(rèn)為,企業(yè)政治資本因構(gòu)成家族企業(yè)獨(dú)特的戰(zhàn)略資源而成為代際傳承要素,企業(yè)家參政議政"代際接力"是中國家族企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)政治資本代際轉(zhuǎn)移的重要渠道,在轉(zhuǎn)移時(shí)機(jī)上,企業(yè)政治資本代際轉(zhuǎn)移更可能發(fā)生在企業(yè)控制權(quán)代際轉(zhuǎn)移之后。對(duì)中國282家上市家族企業(yè)創(chuàng)始人與繼承人參政議政關(guān)系的實(shí)證分析結(jié)果支持上述理論假說:①家族企業(yè)創(chuàng)始人參政議政顯著增加繼承人參政議政的可能性。②繼承人擔(dān)任企業(yè)總經(jīng)理或董事長(企業(yè)控制權(quán)代際轉(zhuǎn)移)顯著增加其參政議政的可能性。進(jìn)一步研究還表明:③企業(yè)政治資本代際轉(zhuǎn)移存在門檻效應(yīng),僅創(chuàng)始人當(dāng)選地級(jí)市及以上級(jí)別人大代表或政協(xié)委員才顯著增加繼承人參政議政的可能性。④企業(yè)政治資本代際轉(zhuǎn)移呈現(xiàn)路徑依賴特征,創(chuàng)始人當(dāng)選人大代表則繼承人更可能通過當(dāng)選人大代表而非政協(xié)委員方式實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)政治資本代際轉(zhuǎn)移,反之亦然。本文的研究不僅拓展了家族企業(yè)非物資要素代際傳承的內(nèi)容,而且從家族代際傳承的動(dòng)態(tài)角度豐富了企業(yè)政治關(guān)聯(lián)的研究文獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The hypothesis of the intergenerational transfer of corporate political capital proposed in this paper holds that corporate political capital has become an intergenerational inheritance element because it constitutes the unique strategic resources of the family business. "intergenerational relay" is an important channel for Chinese family enterprises to realize the intergenerational transfer of corporate political capital. In terms of the timing of the transfer, the intergenerational transfer of enterprise political capital is more likely to take place after the intergenerational transfer of enterprise control rights. The empirical analysis of the relationship between the founders and heirs of 282 listed family enterprises in China supports the above theoretical hypothesis that the participation of the founders of the family enterprises in the administration and discussion of politics significantly increases the possibility of the heirs participating in the political affairs. The assumption of general manager or chairman (intergenerational transfer of corporate control) significantly increases the possibility of participation in politics. Further research also shows that there is a threshold effect on the intergenerational transfer of political capital of enterprises at: Only when the founder is elected to the people's Congress at or above the prefectural level or above can the possibility of the heirs' participation in government and political affairs be significantly increased .4. the inter-generational transfer of enterprise political capital shows a path-dependent feature. The founders elected to the National people's Congress are more likely to transfer corporate political capital from generation to generation by being elected deputies to the National people's Congress than from CPPCC members, and vice versa. The research in this paper not only expands the content of the inheritance of the non-material elements of the family business, but also enriches the research literature of the enterprise political connection from the dynamic angle of the family intergenerational inheritance.
