【摘要】：用戶缺乏創(chuàng)新被識別為企業(yè)IS管理面臨的挑戰(zhàn)性問題,然而,尚缺乏用戶創(chuàng)新與IS績效之間關(guān)系的實證研究,對如何管理用戶創(chuàng)新以提升IS績效也缺乏深入理論探討。企業(yè)IS績效可基于不同層面開展分析,現(xiàn)有研究關(guān)注從企業(yè)層面或個體層面開展單一層面IS績效前因分析。本論文基于部門層面,以部門關(guān)鍵用戶為研究對象,首次開展用戶創(chuàng)新影響IS績效實證研究,并分析影響關(guān)鍵用戶創(chuàng)新與部門IS績效之間關(guān)系的組織因素,建立跨層交互模型。以工作績效理論為基礎(chǔ),本論文提出關(guān)鍵用戶創(chuàng)新影響部門IS績效,其影響程度受高層領(lǐng)導支持、互動水平調(diào)節(jié)的研究假設(shè)。通過在35家中國信息化企業(yè)開展問卷調(diào)研,共采集到企業(yè)層面問卷35份,部門層面問卷269份。采用HLM統(tǒng)計分析方法,開展研究假設(shè)檢驗。結(jié)果顯示關(guān)鍵用戶創(chuàng)新對部門IS績效具有顯著性影響,其影響程度受IT部門與業(yè)務(wù)部門互動水平的影響,而未受高層領(lǐng)導支持的影響。對研究結(jié)果開展進一步原因解釋。本論文首次建立了關(guān)鍵用戶創(chuàng)新影響部門IS績效的跨層交互理論模型,為未來進一步開展其他層面用戶創(chuàng)新與IS績效關(guān)系分析,進一步在IS領(lǐng)域開展跨層交互模型研究,以及進一步開展部門IS績效前因研究奠定了基礎(chǔ),并為企業(yè)的信息化實踐提供相應(yīng)的理論參考。
[Abstract]:The lack of user innovation is recognized as a challenging problem in enterprise is management. However, there is still no empirical research on the relationship between user innovation and is performance, and there is also a lack of in-depth theoretical discussion on how to manage user innovation to improve is performance. Enterprise is performance can be based on different levels of analysis, existing studies focus on the enterprise level or individual level of single-level is performance antecedents analysis. Based on the department level, this paper takes the key users of the department as the research object, carries out the empirical research on the impact of user innovation on is performance for the first time, and analyzes the organizational factors that affect the relationship between the innovation of the key user and the is performance of the department, and establishes a cross-layer interaction model. Based on the theory of job performance, this paper puts forward the research hypothesis that the key user innovation influences the is performance of the department, and its influence degree is supported by the senior leaders and the interaction level is adjusted. A total of 35 questionnaires at the enterprise level and 269 questionnaires at the departmental level were collected from 35 Chinese information enterprises. HLM statistical analysis method was used to test the hypothesis. The results show that the innovation of key users has a significant impact on the is performance of the department, and its impact degree is affected by the level of interaction between IT department and business department, but not by the support of senior leaders. Further explanation of the results of the study was carried out. In this paper, a cross-layer interaction model is established for the first time to analyze the relationship between user innovation and is performance in the future, and to further research cross-layer interaction model in is field. Furthermore, it lays a foundation for the research of departmental is performance antecedents, and provides the corresponding theoretical reference for the enterprise informatization practice.
